DECISION

MAKING

in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery

Dear Colleagues,

on behalf of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and metabolic disorders (IFSO) and the Italian Society of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery (SICOB), we are honoured to guest the First International Congress “DECISION MAKING IN BARIATRIC AND METABOLIC SURGERY” which will be held in Rome, Italy, at the Auditorium Antonianum on October 24-26, 2013.

The meeting is aimed to make debate and discussion as larger as possible on particular selected topics where selected presentations, presented by a prestigious international Faculty, will try to answer the most challenging and actual themes of bariatric and metabolic surgery.

In particular, through the “what I did and/or what I should have done” methodology, different solutions to deal with complications and sequelae of bariatric surgery will be discussed, all through detailed imaging and video presentations.

The meeting venue the Auditorium Antonianum, which combines history and

technology, is not far from the central railway station, from the wonderful historical city centre and very easily reachable from the international airport of Fiumicino. See you in Rome!
