Monitoring tool bar
Concept
Novataxe enables to monitor in real time status of: Connections, Internet, and Gateways.
Putting the cursor on the icon, will give more details.
Toolbar Action Glossary:
1. - Give remote access to the service provider and share the desktop with him..
2. - System report status: Local and external IP, SN of USB keys, Date, Screen size, Installation directory, Operating system.
3. - Linksys Gateway information: IP, MAC, Model.

Chasing out
Pressing on button cash out, will pop the following dialog box:
You can enter the amount given and it will calculate the rest to be return. Checking out the receipt, will show the invoice PDF to be printed.
Call Details (before cash out)

Unpaid calls
By un-checking the check box on the left of the call, the call cost will be deducted from the sum and the call will be registered as unpaid.
Delete calls from being registered
Selecting the call and pressing the mouse right click will enable the possibility to delete the call from the list and nothing will be registered.

Transfer of cabin
NovaTaxe enable the possibility to transfer the last calls done before cashing out to another cabin.
Right click on the cabin you want to transfer, and choose “Cabin Transfer”, the following dialog box appears:
Put the number of the cabin to where you want to transfer the calls.
Cutting a call or blocking the cabin
When call is in progress, you can cut the call by pressing the block button.
When no call is in progress, pressing the block button will disable the possibility to make a call fro this cabin.
Cutting and blocking is not possible with certain connections, see the following table for details:
