Credit & Payment Terms: Payment Terms for Authorized Dealers are Net 30 Days.
How to Place an Order: For best service, Authorized TEMPUR-Canada Dealers may submit their purchase orders to [email protected] or fax on TEMPUR-Canada's standardized order form to TEMPUR-Canada at (519) 679-4793. Alternatively, Dealers may fax their purchase orders on their own order forms, making sure to clearly mark product codes, required quantities, bill to, ship to and courier information. Please Note: The Dealer is responsible for providing all pertinent order and ship to information on purchase orders in a clear format. Orders shipped incorrectly due to inaccurate, incomplete and/or confusing purchase orders are the responsibility of the Dealer. For customer service and order inquiries, please call 1-800-887-4321.
Order Cancellation & Modification: Please refer to TEMPUR-Canada's Return Policy.
Product Return: For other than defective product, please refer to TEMPUR-Canada's Return Policy.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. It is TEMPUR-Canada's policy to notify customers through a general mailing thirty (30) days prior to any price increase.
Freight Charges: All orders are shipped FOB London (Prepaid and Charged). If you prefer a specific courier, please indicate the courier name and your account number with same on the purchase order.
Delivery: Pillows, Lifestyle and Support Products are normally shipped within 48 hours. Mattress, Overlay, Foundation and Adjustable Bed delivery dates will range from 48 hours to 10 working days. If you require a specific delivery date, please call to confirm.
Short Shipments: TEMPUR-Canada must be notified of any shortage within five days following receipt of an order.
Taxes: PST/GST/HST APPLIED WHERE APPLICABLE
Defective Product Return: Please refer to TEMPUR-Canada's Defective Products Policy and Procedure.
Notice to Purchaser: Except where prohibited by law, the following is made in lieu of all express or implied rights, warranties and conditions statutory or otherwise: Seller's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product probed to be defective. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the product.
