ANNUAL 2013
REVIEW ANNUAL 2013
REVIEW
For White-Spunner Construction, 2013 was a year during which we worked very hard and exceeded our expectations. Over the past year, the company experienced a lot of restructuring which resulted in a much more transparent business. We improved our estimating group, installed a new bid room, rolled out leading edge software, updated existing
software, introduced new project management and estimating processes in the field and the office, and completely upgraded our existing computer
hardware systems. All of these improvements
enhanced our ability to deliver exceptional projects and value-added services to our customers.
White-Spunner Construction is well capitalized and enjoys preferred bonding rates. Our company continues to meet its performance goals, our backlog of work with existing customers has increased, and we are well positioned for the upcoming year.
We hope you share our enthusiasm as we celebrate what’s ahead in 2014 and our 33rd year of success.
White-Spunner Construction is committed to safety, quality and
integrity in every aspect of our company. These characteristics, along
with teamwork, enable us to achieve the highest level of excellence, allowing our customers to place their
trust in the company.
