INSTITUTIONAL PROFILE
Unioncamere Lazio, in representation of the five associated Chambers of Commerce of Lazio Region, operates to promote and improve, both in Italy and abroad, all the entrepreneurial regional system.
Unioncamere Lazio:
• promotes and carries out investigations, surveys, studies and publications; • participates in programme agreements;
• draws up protocols of understanding and conventions;
• can constitute and participate in bodies, institutions, organisations, companies and consortia which operate within the sphere of the Chambers of Commerce’s institutional and promotional objectives, both in Italy and abroad;
• undertakes to propose, develop, coordinate and manage, as a network, the activities and services of the Chambers that concern the entire regional territory, or, in any case, those which concern an area larger than a mere provincial district;
• contributes to spreading an economic culture, which supports the participation of Lazio enterprises (especially those of small and medium size) on international markets, as well as drawing foreign in-vestments into the regional territory.
The National and International Promotion Affairs Area of Unioncamere Lazio, organizes, accom-panies and follows the promotional initiatives abroad of the comaccom-panies from the Lazio Region, sometimes also in close cooperation with Lazio’s individual Chambers of Commerce, attends the needs and the necessities coming from the companies about the foreign markets and seeks the coordination with the institutional bodies assigned to the development of the projects for the internationalization.

BIRRADAMARE
Birradamare is an italian craft brewery founded in 2004. The name meaning “BEERTOLOVE”, and the slogan “The beers made with the heart” tell you about its philosophy: Love and Passion. The company produces more than 20 types of beer in order to better fit the tastes of its custo-mers. The chemical control of the production-process is carried out from a laboratory of the Italian University of Perugia.

Marcella Giuliani’s farm is located in Ciociaria (Latium), extending on 40 ha of which ten and half are wine yards and three olive yards. The wine yards will be biological in 2011, the olive-noil is biological from 2007. Her main aim was to obtain high quality products in order to redeem local grapes as Docg Cesanese (red wine) and Passerina Igt Frusinate (white wine).
Red wines: Cesanese Doc Piglio 2005, Cesane-se Docg Piglio 2009, CesaneCesane-se Passito Igt Lazio 2008; white wine: Igt Passerina Frusinate 2010 and rosé wine: Igt Frusinate 2010. All the wines comes from grapes treated according with orga-nic method; orgaorga-nic extra virgin olive oil.

Oleum Sabinae sas borns from a project of two young oil producers, Gianluca Gerli and Maffeo Petricca, who decided to improve the develop-ment of Montelibretti extra virgin olive oil. The farm produces only extra virgin olive oil ex-tracted only from olive grown, harvest and pro-cessed in Italy. Olives are harvested at the right ripe, at the point of lowest acidity.
