Personal Lines of Credit • Whether it’s a vacation, a wedding, or one of life’s unexpected emergencies, ESSA Bank & Trust has the loan to help you through. If you need to borrow money for any personal reason, ESSA has unsecured loans available with fixed rates and a variety of terms.

• Variable rate personal lines of credit offer the flexibility to “write your own loan” and borrow the amount you need when you need it.

• There is no application fee.

• You may also apply online at www.essabank.com.

Auto Loans • ESSA offers financing for both new and used automobiles. If you come in before you start to shop, we can even pre-approve your loan. We offer terms of up to five (5) years for most vehicles. All automobile loans offered by ESSA Bank & Trust have a fixed interest rate.

• You may also apply online at www.essabank.com.

Home Equity Loans • An ESSA Home Equity Loan allows you to borrow using your equity as collateral. The maximum amount you can borrow not only depends upon your equity, but we also consider your income and any other debt you may have when determining your borrowing power.

• The interest rate for a home equity loan is fixed for the term of the loan so your payments will always be the same. Plus, the rate we quote at the time you apply is guaranteed for thirty (30) days, even if rates go higher.

• You may also apply online at www.essabank.com.

Home Equity Lines of Credit • Our Home Equity Line of Credit is as easy to use as a checking account. Whenever you need to borrow, you “write your own loan” simply by writing a check. You’ll have continuous access to the available balance in your account, and your balance renews itself as you make payments.

• Each month, you will receive a detailed statement showing all your account activity.

• You can choose to extend your payments for a period of years, or make larger- than-minimum payments with no pre-payment penalty.

• The interest rate on your Home Equity Line of Credit may adjust monthly.

• You may also apply online at www.essabank.com.

Mortgages • ESSA offers fixed rate mortgages in terms up to thirty (30) years. Regular monthly or bi-weekly payments are available.

• Adjustable rate mortgages offer the predictability of fixed payments during the initial rate-lock period (one, three, five, or seven years) with terms up to thirty (30) years.

• ESSA offers investment mortgages (both fixed and adjustable rate).

• Jumbo mortgages are available in most ESSA mortgage types. Terms are limited to a maximum of thirty (30) years for adjustable rates, or twenty-five (25) years for fixed rates.
