Rod Hore, Founder, HHMC

In 1998 Rod founded HHMC Australia, providing advisory services to the Recruitment (staffing) industry and the Information Technology industry. He is responsible for the leadership of the group and for undertaking advisory roles and M&A assignments.

Rod undertakes a range of advisory services and seminars assisting small and medium businesses achieve growth and sustainability objectives.

Many assignments are also for the Australian operation of Global companies or Australian listed companies, assisting them meet their corporate growth ambitions.

Rod has been involved in the service industries since 1980. He has a record in leadership with Information Technology consulting companies in Perth, Canberra and Sydney. In his last corporate role, Rod held the position of Regional Manager Global Consulting Organisation for Platinum

Technology Inc, responsible for all aspects of consulting operations for the east coast of Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the US head office.

He has a Business Degree in Information Processing, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a senior member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS). Through HHMC Rod is an active participant in the Information Technology Contract and Recruitment

Association (ITCRA) and the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

Peter Carr, Managing Director, Longhaus

Peter Carr is a respected industry analyst and commentator with over 18 years’ experience working in the IT and media sectors. Peter is currently the Managing Director of Longhaus having previously held Vice President level positions with the ICT industry’s leading NASDAQ listed Advisory and Consulting firms Gartner, Forrester Research and META Group. Peter's research work is primarily focused on the application of technology in the Australian and Asia Pacific region.

In 2010 Peter served tenure as the Deputy Chairman of the International Program Committee for the World Computer Congress held in Australia and in the same year expanded Longhaus into China, and launched the internet television platform Longhaus Television which now attracts viewers and subscribers throughout Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific.

Andrew Wood, Hon MRCSA (Life) Barrister

Andrew is a barrister at the independent bar in Tasmania. He is the author of the ITCRA and RCSA Codes and teaches Employment Law and Public Sector Employment Law & Policy in the Masters of Law program at QUT in

Brisbane. He has worked with the recruitment and contracting industry since the mid 90’s and will have been in continuous legal practice for 30 years in November.

improvement and project management, then as an independent contractor for 7 years. Dianne has worked in leading businesses across recruitment, banking, communications and retail industries.

Dianne has a BCommerce, MBA, and is an Assoc Fellow of AIM. Dianne is also a qualified lead auditor in the RCSA Service Delivery Standard and in the three most prominent ISO business standards, 9001 Quality Management, 4801 Occupational Health and Safety, and 14001 Environmental Management.

Chris Hart, Managing Director, Hart Consulting Group

Chris Hart is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Hart Consulting Group is a Special Member of ITCRA supporting the Insight program. Since 1998 Hart Consulting Group has been compiling the remuneration industry survey for RCSA Members and since 2010 has been compiling the ‘ITCRA Remuneration and Benchmarking Survey’ for ITCRA Members.

Chris has over thirty years’ experience in human resource consulting providing assistance to a wide variety of organisations across all industries at all levels of staff from senior management to award employees.

Registrations cancelled, in writing, at least one month before the event are fully refundable, minus any transaction fees. Payment will be made with 5 working days.

Less than One Month Notice Given

Registrations cancelled, in writing, less than a month before the event will incur an Administration fee, which is equal to 25% of the event registration fee. The rest will be refunded, minus any transaction fees. Payment will be made with 5 working days.

3 Days or Less Notice Given

Registrations cancelled, in writing, less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

Transferring Registration

If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend you may send a substitute if notice is given in writing up to 24 hours before the event. Registrations after this time are non-transferable and non-refundable. ITCRA Member tickets are not transferable to non-Members.
