FEATURES

What are some of the things I can expect from the new Learning Center?

In the new Learning Center, you will have access to exciVng and impac^ul content, much of it being enVrely new. This includes our enVrely revamped Product and Installer Basics. From January 11 2021, you will have access to over 35 new courses, downloadable infographics to refer to on the job, videos, and more.

Will all features be available upon go-live?

No. We want people to get familiar with the system before we turn on all the features. Some features will turn on mid-year – there are so many capabiliVes available. We first want people to just do some of the basics before we roll out other features that are more complex.

Is the new Learning Center easy to navigate?

The new Learning Center is very easy to navigate! This was a key priority for us in choosing our pla^orm and also during development of the Learning Center as we know our previous pla^orm

presented difficulVes in ease of navigaVon. Within the new Learning Center, you will find that it is easy to search for classes and curricula, track your training (and those of your employees if applicable), and more.

Can I bookmark a course to save for later?

(3)

If someone is registered for a curriculum, are they also registered for the individual courses that make up that curriculum?

Yes. Registering someone for a curriculum will also register them for all the courses in that curriculum.

What if I misspell the Ttle of a course when I enter it in the search field?

As a user types in the search bar, the search engine will start providing opVons based on the first keyword entered - even if a misspelling occurs. AddiVonally, the browse funcVon includes some groupings to help further filter your search. Another easy way to search is via the Learning Catalog.

What is the difference between “relaunch” and “retake”?

Retake is specific if a class is an assessment that wasn’t passed. Relaunch refers to restarVng a course that you may have not yet finished - it will bring you back to where you lei off.

How do you get credit for a course?

If you click the X at the top right of the screen, you won’t get credit. Instead, click the Exit Course orange bulon in the main screen. We have added a page to the course that states “CongratulaVons! You have completed the course” - unless you see that page, you didn’t get ‘credit’ and may have missed some modules (seen on the lei side of the screen). AddiVonally, a white dot/circle will appear next to modules not completed. A green circle with a white check will indicate a completed module.
