Proposal for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services

The information provided below is a description of what a KJ Proweb client can expect from our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.

All SEO projects, whether large or small will include an upfront, preliminary SEO analysis before ANY work commences.

An initial SEO analysis will include the following:

 URL and IP Address Canonization Testing.

 W3C Validation Testing.

 Individual Page Size and Load Speed Analysis.

Large sites with content driven from a database infrastructure or heavy e-commerce systems - should have line items describing how those issues shall be address by search engine algorithms.

For this reason, KJ Proweb may recommend URL-rewriting, site migration to a web server capable of meeting traffic demands, URL domain management and other require- ments as determined on a case-by-case basis.

 Mobile Optimization Analysis: This includes testing for Google mobile-first-index- ing compliance, landing page optimization, lead capture page optimization, API code testing and repair, map integration, social media and video feeds.

 Advanced Issues; Flash, javascript, frames, dynamic URL's and other SEO chal- lenges are addressed before work commences.

 Individual Page Analysis; to evaluate site content relevance, layout, linking struc- ture, H1 through H6 analysis, keyword selection and research.

 Overall Keyword Density Testing.

 User's Search Phrases or Query Study: This refers to keywords and search phrases used by a web surfer.

Inbound/Outbound Link Analysis

Link assessment that counts up the total number of authoritative inbound links to that point back to a page or pages on your websites.

 Customer reviews posted on Google My Business™, Yelp, and all relevant third- party platforms.

 Backlinks redirected from social media platforms to your website or an ecom- merce enabled store.

 Identify the following; Wikipedia pages, Press Releases, Articles, Industry News, Link Bait, Authority Content. The same require manual submission to dmoz.org and search engine directories.

Content Optimization: developing new content, updating old content, fixing/replacing duplicate content, improving readability, improving usability, improving relevancy, im- proving heading tag structure, optimizing content for specific keywords and user searches.

Competitive Intelligence Analysis: research stage, to evaluate what competitive sites in your local area do to achieve search engine rank visibility.

Additional SEO Task: *KJ Proweb will perform client requested SEO services presented via email.

Such requests shall be honored and included as an ‘Addendum’ to this Proposal.

Depending on the complexity involved in completing add-on services and client re- quested delivery timetables, additional costs may be incurred. KJ Proweb will present a separate invoice with an itemized cost breakdown of each service for client approval prior to the start of new of work.

KJ Proweb shall invoice the Client/Buyer a total dollar amount of $_________________ to cover all cost related to search engine optimization (SEO) services described above.

DESCRIPTION OF SEO TASKS

Service Description and Task One

90 MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION AND FACT-FINDING ANALYSIS

At the beginning of SEO work to be performed on your digital properties, we audit your complete portfolio of digital assets to get a clear understanding of what has been done in the past and what needs to be done going forward to achieve desired goals.

After we’ve identified your site’s strengths and weaknesses, we develop a roadmap that outlines what work will be done that will lead to organic growth and success.

Service Description and Task Two

Competitive Intelligence Analysis and Report: inclusive of keyword studies and search engine rank position analysis of your top five competitors. (Includes on-page and off- page SEO recommendations). [16 hours]

Service Description and Task Three

Research, analysis and development of individual website page H-1 through H-6 meta- tags. In other words, each individual pags on your website must its own page title, page description, integration of keywords and key-phrases as well as optimized images and multi-media content. Bundled together with SEO tasks covered in this phase of work is retesting for site speed, cross-browser compatibility, and testing for Google ‘mobile-first website indexing compliance. [16 hours]

Service Description and Task Four [24 hours]

KJ Proweb utilizes a plethora of tools and resources to to successfully perform SEO audits, produce SERP reports, competitive intelligence studies, keyword research and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns. This proposal outlines a coordinated plan crafted with the intent of building your social media presence, primarily including: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat. The client/buyer may add, remove, or substitute a social media with an alternative of their choice.

By engaging an audience through social media channels, our team will demon- strate the ability to generate awareness, widen your company’s potential reach within your target market, and contribute to driving more website traffic, which will ultimately result in top line growth.

Of course, the most effective social media marketing happens over time when quality meets consistency.

posts, staying updated within the industry, and contributing our own unique con- tent to broaden reach.

Our plan is to engage our social media audience by sharing company news, press releases, events, employee spotlights, and more.

We will also pay close attention to industry trends, and share it. This will help to gain exposure with your target market.

Integrate Social Media Activity into Other Marketing Plans

With clear communication and monthly brainstorm meetings, we’ll be able to consolidate the marketing initiatives to fit your goals and promotional material.

Campaigns via social media are more important than just sharing about give- aways, sales, contests, and/or promotions. We will agree on a schedule for a ser- ies of posts to keep up the exciting momentum for all prospective customers.

Promotions and Social Campaigns

We will utilize social channels to connect with your follower base, and engage them with promotions to get them excited about both current events, and the brand itself. These campaigns can last as short as a day, or can run up to six months.

KJ Proweb will be able to analyze the results from each campaign, and then we will provide a report of it’s success. Results of campaigns can be compared so the most effective promotions, offers, or contests can be replicated.

Sustained Monitoring

It is important to regularly maintain marketing activity for maximum growth.

We will continually monitor each channel, and will respond to any ques- tions, comments, and posts within a two hour time period.

Two hours will allow us sufficient time to confirm that accurate information is relayed back to the person making the inquiry.

Facebook Advertising Strategy

1. Choose a Facebook 'Campaign Objective' Based on Your Goal. At the campaign level, you choose your objective, which is [the action you want people to take when they see your ads.] Facebook has three objective categories: Awareness, Considera- tion and Conversion.

The objective you select depends on your strategy. For example, suppose you have a content-first strategy.

Because video content is currently the most effective type of Facebook ad to go with, you could run specific campaigns with a 'Video Views' objective. In other words, the Video is doing the actual selling for you.

If you want to run a "retargeting campaign" to redirect people from Facebook to your website, choose either the Traffic or Conversions objective. This depends on the specific action you want people to take. Never confuse getting traffic with actual conversions!

A killer landing page featuring a strong value proposition and call to action inspires con- versions.

2. Video posts are hot traffic generators on social media right now. Get yours in place ASAP. Be sure to use an attention getting caption and include strong calls-to- action. Understand that a call to action works best when adding sense of urgency to buy now. Example, "This offer expires in 24 hours. Click now to buy".

3. Set Up Saved Audiences. Facebook advertising platform and toolkit gives us the ability to identify very specific audiences you want to reach and even geo-target that audience. This is done using Facebook's Business Manager.

Here is an actual example of how KJ Proweb identified target audiences for a global sporting event promotion utilizing Facebook.

4. Retargeting/Remarketing - retargeting enables you to advertise to people who've already visited your website. All you have to do is install Facebook's tracking pixel

on your website, and wait for visitors to roll in. This little known strategy is a powerful method of producing repeat business for our clients.

5. Add a Call To Action on Your Page - Telling your audience to "click now to buy" is the key to making sales. On your Facebook Business Page, you can add a call to action that sits in the bottom right-hand corner of your cover photo. These buttons make it easy for your fans to get in touch with your business - don't miss out on some ex- tra site traffic.

6. Upload Your Email List - If you have a large email list, you need to upload it to Facebook. Once it's finished loading, you'll be able to advertise to every single email that's associated with a Facebook account.

7. Embed Your Facebook Ad Content On Other Platforms - Cut-and-paste your Face- book content into a blog post (or anywhere else online). Some marketing experts call this Page Post Engagement (PPE) for short. This strategy is excellent for building momen- tum to an advertising campaign already paid for and underway. More people will see the ad, share it and commenting on the ad so it shows up in their friends newsfeeds.
