If you could modify one thing about 123VC Jazz what would it be, and how would you do it?

More time to work on my presentation and commercial because I was by myself the last day working on it. I would allow the participants to work more with the equipment.

I would have liked time to read others reflections and responses to the reflections. I know from glancing at it that the facilitators went in and commented. Every night I left planning to go home and get on to read them.... but life happens and it's morning before you know it. So, to have some time built in to read and comment on others reflections would provide even more ideas, and thoughts about the process. But, maybe I'll get to it this weekend.

This is my first experience with a workshop like this one. I learned a great deal. I don't know how you would improve it.

Nothing

It seemed there was a lot crammed into the early morning and lunch break. I sometimes had a hard time concentrating on the material presented during those times.

One course for facilitators and one for teachers. Or maybe group facilitators together and teachers together in separate groups. I would have liked to work on strategies for training teachers on the equipment or how to encourage teachers to use the distance learning resources - as a trainer.

I would maybe add another half day to work on the projects/presentations.

Everything was great. Putting it all together you need all of it to learn videoconferencing. Amy knows what she is doing and everyone was so helpful.

The most valuable experience I had with this workshop was actually doing the teleconferencing and seeing the different ways it can be incorporated into my classroom.

Collaborating with teachers from another site to create a lesson, this demonstrates that it is possible to plan and come up with a plan with another teacher, in a different site, without an overwhelming amount of time.

It was great thank you.

I really think, no brown nosing intended, that you all did a great job of bringing the information to all of us. It was very apparent that you all work well together and love what you do-it was very contagious! The fact that Amy will be making herself so available to us is amazing! I am so grateful!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

This was really a great four days... and when September comes, I'm sure you'll be getting emails from me!!! I love how Math Marvels and MysteryQuest are so adoptable.

I can't wait to share this with my coworkers. Hopefully we can send more people next year!

The facilitators were awesome.

I appreciate the presenters' knowledge and enthusiasm about this topic. Your work and passion made this a terrific workshop. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

I really enjoyed the workshop! I so wish that I had been able to attend the last day.

Thanks for lunch and for giving me this amazing tool to enhance my teaching. Rosanne Perla

This truly was one of the most informative, exciting, and overall enjoyable workshops I have had the opportunity to attend. I am extremely excited to share the technology and information with my colleagues as well as engage my students in the various motivating activities.

The actual participation in videoconferencing and being able to actually work in a group with someone in another location. It helped me to see that it can be done.

Working together from different locations.

Getting comfortable with distance conferencing and the equipment.

Actually using the technology and strategies in the simulations was invaluable in raising my comfort level with this new material. The collaboration with the educators from Syracuse was very rewarding!

Working with others from a distance. What an amazing experience!

Being exposed to the various activities that can be done through the use of videoconferencing, such as monster match and mystery quest.
