Intellect Coaching Program is the FIRST coaching program in the World approved by the ICF to be delivered in Arabic. Our program is a 71 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours(ACSTH).
Intellect created the coaching program based on the International Coach Federation core competencies (Page 4) and customized the whole program to fit with the Arab culture and requirements.
During this program the participants will have the chance to practice what they learn under professional supervision. The in-class
supervised coaching session is a great way to learn the coaching skills
and gaining to confidence required to start the coaching practice. After program completion, Intellect will help the participants to start their coaching practice and support them through Intellect Coaches Community

Program Objectives:
The objective of this program is to qualify participants to run professional coaching sessions to help their clients to unleash their potential and overcome their obstacles. This requires the mastery of the ICF core coaching competencies, proven coaching techniques, strategies of change & deep understanding of the client needs.
Program Content:
1- The foundation of coaching
2- Building trust & intimacy with the client
3- Understanding the different types of clients, their needs & challenges 4- The life balance & life planning/designing
5- Different coaching models and Intellect COACH model
6- Coaching techniques and overcoming client challenges, fears & limiting beliefs 7-Powerful questioning to trigger new dimensions of thinking & creating awareness 8- Setting action plans and measuring progress – Make the change happen
9- Personality types & different communication styles 10- ICF Code of Ethics & getting accreditation
Summary of Experience & Qualifications:
Ahmed is the managing partner at Intellect. Besides establishing his coaching business in Sweden, he designed and developed the first ever approved ICF (International Coach Federation) program delivered in Arabic
language, making a major contribution in the coaching world. Ahmed is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the ICF. Ahmed coached clients from more than 25 nationalities and with a wide base of different backgrounds; Fortune 500 top executives, top athletes, entrepreneurs, creative artists, students, etc.
