Data Conversion
eDOC provides a turnkey data conversion solution. eDOC will work with you and your credit
union to convert your data from other third party providers to eDOC’s comprehensive data storage system. Data that is within our retention period can be made available on idocVAULT for staff and member access. eDOC will return data outside of our retention periods to you on DVD for easy retrieval using our ArchView™ solution for proper data retention and compliance requirements based on your retention schedule.
Take the hassle out of making paper documents digital. eDOC will do the scanning for you! eDOC will personally pick up paper documents at your credit union, bring them to our secure facility for processing. eDOC will add the documents to the idocVAULT system. eDOC will return the data outside of our retention schedule to you on DVD for easy retrieval using our ArchView solution for proper data retention and compliance requirements. After you have had an opportunity to review and approve the digital images, eDOC utilizes an NAID certified company to dispose of the documents. If you would rather keep them, eDOC will securely bring the files back to your credit union once the processing is complete.
