Entry Draw: May 16th, 2019 at 9:00 am at 1 Summit Drive, Waterdown, Ontario L8B 0E4 or join via WEBEX. • Meeting invitations will be forwarded to all entrants that include an email address
• There will be no Worker Draw.
Limit of Entries: 7 TD and 2 TDX tracks OR as permitted by available land and to a combined maximum of 12 units, where each TD equals 1 unit and each TDX equals two units.
Bitches in season: Bitches in season will be permitted to compete but will be assigned the last track. All dogs must be kept on leash and under control at all times.
Prizes: A Rosette will be awarded to every successful participant.
Non-Member Participation Fee: A non-member participation fee will be charged to a resident of Canada who is a non-member of the CKC. The fee will match the ERN fee. The non-member participation fee is paid in any year a title is earned and covers all titles and dogs owned by that individual. In order for the title to be awarded, the non-member will have a choice to either become a CKC member or pay the non-member participation fee. Failure to comply within 30 days of notification will result in the title being withheld and the dog cannot be moved up to the next level. The fee applies only to dogs wholly owned by non-member residents of Canada and is not applicable to CKC members.
Entry Information
• All entries must be on an official CKC entry form
• Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, regardless of who completes the entry form
• Incomplete or improper entry forms will not be accepted
• Entries MUST be mailed or sent by courier to the postal address of the Test Secretary. Faxed, emailed or hand delivered entries will be rejected.
• MAIL OR COURIER DELIVERIES MUST NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY
• Each entry MUST be in a separate MAILING envelope. • Multiple entries in one envelope will be rejected.
• Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate fee.
• POST DATED CHEQUESWILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
• A listing fee as established by the Canadian Kennel Club must accompany the entry of a dog with a Canadian Kennel Club individual registration number or Event Registration Number.
• N.S.F. Cheques: There will be a $25.00 charge for N.S.F. cheques.
Attention foreign exhibitors: Please note that fees are due and payable in Canadian dollars. Due to consistently fluctuating currency rates, discounted cheques will not be accepted. Personal cheques will be accepted however, they are to be payable in Canadian funds. If you send a cheque in U.S. funds, it must be made out for the full amount of the entry and no exchange will be refunded to the exhibitor. Please do not mark cheques "Payable in Canadian Funds" or "At Par". They will not be cleared by the banks. To simplify the process, we urge that you purchase bank drafts or money orders payable in Canadian funds. Your understanding and co-operation are appreciated. Thank you.

Confirmation of Entry: All entries will be acknowledged when they are received and an invitation to join the entry draw via WEBEX will be issued. Placement in the test or on the alternate list will be confirmed after the Entry Draw on May 16th, 2019. Only written withdrawals received before May 15, 2019 will be accepted.
Event registration number (ERN): All dogs that are foreign born and foreign owned that enter Canada for the sole purpose of entering CKC events, will no longer require a CKC registration number but will require an Event Registration Number. The ERN number MUST be applied for within 30 days of the first day of entering a CKC event. Please visit the CKC website for further details.
Performance Event Number (PEN): Allows an unregistrable dog of a CKC recognized of listed breed to participate in competitive events that are appropriate for the breed. Those events are as follows: Obedience Trials, Rally Obedience Trials, Tracking Tests, Herding Trials, Draft Dog Tests, Agility, Lure Coursing, Earthdog Tests, Hunt Tests, Working Certificate Tests Pointing Field Dog Tests, and Chase Ability. Please note that eligibility for entry into some performance events is dependent on the breed. This restriction shall also apply to dogs with ILP numbers. Alternate List: When the advised limit has been reached all remaining entries shall be assigned a position on an "Alternate List" in the order they are drawn in the Entry Draw after closing.
• At the time of the draw for tracks on test day, any entries from the alternate list may fill any absentee spaces.
• The person making the entry shall be notified of their position on the Alternate list. Entries will be refunded within ten days of the tracking test to those on the alternate list who did not participate in the test.

• Will take place in the Training Hall at Glencrieff Trial Headquarters. See map below. • 8:00 am grounds open
• 8:30 am draw will take place
• 9:00 am TD Tests will start, followed by TDXs

Excerpt from the CKC Rules & Regulations for Tracking Tests:
14.7 It shall be the duty and obligation of the test-giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an event held under these rules, is not subject to indignities of any kind. The Tracking Test Committee Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a report indicating that this has occurred.
