Our sophisticated production plant in the Netherlands has been optimally equipped to develop new products and produce prototypes and small series. Here, it is all about professional skill, quality and flexibility; your product is in very safe hands.

Medium series

Our production plant in Poland is pre-eminently suitable for medium series manufacturing. Your cables are manufactured accurately, quickly and at affordable prices. This is the right choice when you require larger series, but when manufacturing in Asia is not an option.

Large series

Like no other European supplier, we are at home in Asia. We have been operational there for more than ten years, have offices in Hong Kong and Taiwan and visit our production plants frequently. Furthermore, as a rule we have exclusive cooperation agreements in place with them. This means we are able to guarantee good quality, (delivery) reliability and competitive prices.

‘Two companies, one team.’ That is how you can best describe 2E Interconnection and 2E Cable Assembly. Jointly, we develop, assem-ble and supply all types and sizes of standard caassem-bles and special cables, from prototypes to series of many tens of thousands.

Are you looking for prototypes or smaller quantities of special cables, then 2E Cable Assembly is your partner. In case of standard cables or larger quantities of special cables, you are at the right ad-dress at 2E Interconnection. However, if you cooperate with one of them, you also benefit from the other.

For example, 2E Cable Assembly uses the international network, the optimal logistics and the large stocks of 2E Interconnection. And 2E Interconnection shares in the product knowledge, technical know-how and many years’ experience of 2E Cable Assembly.

Our possibilities

We can be brief about the cables we manufacture: we manufac-ture all cables. We can develop them for you, but of course we can also produce them based on customer specifications.

All connectors and contacts

We process all connectors and contacts. You can specify them yourself, but we are also pleased to advise you; this can save you a lot of costs and can lead to extra quality. The sooner this takes place in the development process, the bigger your advantage.

Large stock

We have a very large stock with the most divergent cables and connectors. In addition, we are able to make arrangements with you regarding a customer-specific stock. This means that you can always be sure that your products are in stock, and that we can guarantee short delivery times.

The best machines and tools

Machines and tools are, apart from human hands, indispensable to manufacture your cables properly and quickly. We dispose of, among other things:

• Fully automatic Schleuniger cutting and stripping machines • A fully automatic Schleuniger coax stripping machine • Applicators for the most commonly used contacts • A Cirris cable test computer

• And of course a wide range of manual pliers.

The right solutions

Our approach is about more than products alone. We have identified six core values which are crucial to us finding the right solutions.

Optimal delivery performance

We keep our promises: it might seem a no-brainer, but consistent reliability is an absolute necessity in order to keep customers satisfied day after day. Our storage facili-ties in Asia, Europe and the United States, moreover, allow us to guarantee short delivery times. This means that, as a customer, you can keep your stocks small and flexible.

The right quality

We work to improve quality on a daily basis. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified by TÜV in the Netherlands, and we only work with certified partners. As we also work in close cooperation with our manufacturers, we are directly involved in the development and production of the products that we offer. Therefore, quality underlies all of our processes.

The best price

When it comes to our prices, we can keep things short and sweet: our presence in Poland and on the Asian market allows us to offer the best possible price for medium and large series. However, we are not a ‘price buster’. Our point of departure is quality; only thereafter do we pull out all the stops to ensure the right price.

High-quality engineering

Sometimes the best solution is simply not yet available. For example, because you have a unique product or because you are looking for something just a little different to that already on the market. No problem: our engineers will be happy to develop that one solution for you. With their many years of experience and high-quality technical knowledge, they will always take up the gauntlet!

Flexibility comes first

We are a young, dynamic organisation with a great capacity to adapt to changing circumstances. Our horizontal structure and short lines of communication allow us great freedom of movement. In some cases this means: supplying new products within a short timeframe. It can also mean: adapting an existing order to the customer’s changing wishes at the last minute. We think in terms of solutions, not problems.

Service as a core value

Our customers’ interests (rather than our own) serve as the starting point for everything that we do. As a result, we can genuinely claim to provide an extremely high level of ser-vice. We offer tailor-made arrangements for customers that prefer to set out these aspects in a service level agreement.

high-quality techniques

We only work with certified suppliers. Human rights, working conditions and envi-ronmental issues are important factors to us when selecting our production plants.

Additionally, at 2E Interconnection and 2E Cable Assembly our focus when working is on EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). A good example of this is our solar panels: together with the energy supplier that we have selected, we ensure that we only use 100% sustainable energy.

In addition, we try to contribute to local initiatives with social interests at heart. We do that by supporting various associations and foundations, but also by employing, for simple work, people who are significantly distanced from the jobs market.
