electronic contracts over their entire lifecycle

Electronic Contract Management / E-Contracting defined

process of managing contractual agreements over their entire lifecycle, ranging from

negotiation over creation and fulfillment to termination

Objective: maxmize performance and minimize risk of the corresponding business
