Multi- and single-layer cordwinders

Cordwinders for vacuum cleaners and steam generators. In-house development of rewind devices according to customer requirements (heat resistant, low friction, highly flexible, halogen free).

Storage boxes

Cable storage boxes can be a cheaper alternative to cordwinders in order to store additional or surplus cable either directly in the appliance or in a special box outside.

■ ■ Filters

RFI filters reduce electrical interference coming from the network to the appliance or created by the appliance itself to protect the network.

Steam/hose tubes

Steam tube: a textile braided system consisting of at least one EPDM or silicone tube transporting the steam or water and PVC or rubber insulated multi-core cable.

Hose tube: a textile braided tube with larger diameters for transporting low pressure steam.

Integration of electrical and mechanical parts in cord sets

Adding functionality by integrating plastic components, sensors, PCBs, LEDs, etc.
