While there was one Continual system in 1984 in Turkey, the number of Continual systems reached 132 in 1995, and it has been detected that 1.500 modern system the capacity of which is 30,000-120,000 Kg. was established by 2010. Nearly ninety percent of olive oil production is in progress in olive oil factories. The total number of olive produced in Turkey is as such: 71.67 % percent of it is for oil, 28.33 % percent of it is table oil.
