The DMG MORI Virtual Machine emulates your physical machine 1 : 1, including the complete machine geometry and kinematics as well as the actual control unit. Thanks to 1 : 1 machine simulation, collisions and programming errors are identified on the PC – and not after they reach the machine. Unique in-depth simulation guarantees the feasibility of your components, as well as 100 % collision-free and executable NC programs. The DMG MORI Virtual Machine precisely emulates the complete machine geometry and kinematics and simulates the physical control unit 1 : 1. All NC functions, machining cycles and parametric programs are available. Operations are managed easily via a virtual control panel, or the physical DMG MORI ControlPanel. This means that your staff can master the physical machine without actually using it.
