All contracts are handled by a team who work closely together under the leadership of a Senior Project Manager. A typical team will comprise:

Estimator – prompt, accurate and competitive quotations and tenders carried out free of charge by fully experienced estimators.

Senior Manager – main point of contact for client; responsible for scheduling of works, keeping client fully updated. Overseeing of project development and communication with other team members. Approved electricians – all of whom are qualifi ed to 17th edition (latest IEE wiring regulations). Regular attendance at training courses ensures they are always up to date on testing and health and safety. Trainee electricians - we are proud of our ongoing support for trainee electricians whilst they undertake the three-year college apprenticeship. Once qualifi ed, we encourage them to remain with us whilst they gain important additional experience in all aspects of electrical installation work.

Full time dedicated NICEIC qualifying offi cer – ensures that all work is correctly tested and registered, where required, with the NICEIC.

Administration – highly effi cient team to manage everyday tasks such as purchasing, sales, accounts, Niceic, Chas & Constructionline and marketing.

All our work is tested to BS 7671 – the national standard in the UK for low voltage electrical installations. Furthermore, the quality of our workmanship, professionalism and safety standards is recognised by the following industry bodies:

NICEIC

This is the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body for electrical installation and testing. As NICEIC registered contractors, Scorpio Electricals is re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure we are maintaining high technical and safety standards and complying with all relevant codes of practice.

CHAS

The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme is recognised as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualifi cation in the UK. As accredited suppliers, we are able to show our compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Constructionline

The Government’s national register for suppliers, it provides the pre-qualifi cation tool for use in fi nancial standing, technical references and other areas. Being a Constructionline recognised company helps our potential clients expedite the vetting procedure when considering us for a contract.
