ASSUMPTIONS

Globalization of markets has led the Industry to produce using external techno structures for the management of complementary activities to the real production, so that the energies of the internal management can be devoted almost exclusively to the optimization of the same production-cycle and to the research of the best marketing strategies, aimed at getting a company’s competitive position and of the finished product on the market.

Following the aim of optimizing the use of internal resources, and therefore also with the aim of simplifying the relationship with suppliers of services which are complementary to the “core business” of the Industrial production - however essential- in order to ensure maximum business efficiency, have always been favored that kind of suppliers which can offer - for specific areas of activity- performance as “Global Service”, on a level of quality of great texture and, at the same time, offered at extremely competitive costs. This is possible thanks to multi-disciplinary organization, capable of operating across the board, with interactive and highly synergetic methodologies

Based on the assumption described above, in 1988 was founded PROGEST, a company of Integrated Technical Services, able to offer its customers an activity such as “Global Service”, thanks to the availability of a technical team carefully selected and qualified. Progest also avails of Means, Plant and advanced Tool and Equipment for the solution of various problems related to the Environment and Safety through the support of real services, Consulting and Engineering and also through valid operating procedures in accordance with the guiding principles of law.

PROGEST operates in the Industrial and Environmental Engineering’s field also combined with a specialized Consulting and real services, developed in the professional sphere of the Environment and Safety on the workplace.

Confrontation carried out over the years with our major clients operating at a national and International level such as SNAMPROGETTI of Fano (PS), ANSALDO ENERGIA of Genova and E.G.L. of Zurigo, has provided PROGEST of primary references on the performed activities, which render it, without any doubt, a techno structure of reference to deal and solve the typical problems of the Industry Environment and Safety.

In this particular area of specialization, PROGEST has developed many activities and gained a large experience in various fields of intervention. PROGEST has supported clients in solving specific complex problems. This happens thanks to an internal eclectic and multidisciplinary organization and through the use of a set of tools and equipment of modern design.

Concerning to the specific field of Safety on the workplace, have been redacted several documents on risk assessment, in accordance with the Italian legislative decree 81/08 and further integrations, for companies operating almost in all sectors of manufacturing and services, consisting of different sizes, from 5 employees up to companies of 550 employees and over.

The management of ecological plants on behalf of third parties has been, without doubt, for at least the first 5 years of PROGEST ‘s life, the main niche market in which it has developed the business activity of the company.

PROGEST has become in fact, also thanks to the professional experience gained by the founders, a primary point of reference for companies of international calibre, those who have built and managed the consortium treatment plants designed and funded by the ex company CASMEZ within the Special Project of Decontamination of the Gulf of Naples, PS3.

PROGEST, in the year 2000, was authorized to realize and manage an integrated platform for the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, solid and liquid, on a plot of 15,000 sqm in the area ASI Aversa Nord, Municipality of Gricignano di Aversa (CE).

The platform became operational during the following year 2001, and today is still certainly a primary reference within the regional area for waste disposal, with particular reference to the liquid state matrices, thanks to the availability of an internal line dedicated to the treatment of the potential of 1.000 cbm/per day.

ENVIRONMENTAL

REMEDIATIONS

After gaining experience of primary interest in the field of Consulting and Engineering to complete a complex

process of professional and entrepreneurial development, PROGEST has also

structured a division specifically dedicated to the “real services”,of high technological content, like the environmental remediation. After gaining experience of primary

In particular for asbestos, where there are 500 references, PROGEST is well structured with specialized personnel in possession of necessary health permits. Progest has 3 decontamination units that allow to execute several works at the same time, in addition to all the -not

listed-equipment.

It has recently been executed an important remediation of a contaminated site to be subject to an industrial reconversion, by removal of more than 21.000 tons of soil, contaminated with heavy hydrocarbons.
