CANCELLATION

Written notifications of cancellations should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat and will entitle to the following refund:

- within September 20, 2011: 75%

- after September 20, 2011: NO REFUND

All refunds will be processed after the end of the Meeting.

TECHNICAL EXHIBITION

Technical exhibition will be located near the plenary room.

ABSTRACTS

The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts of original contributions to the Meeting.

Abstracts should be submitted within September 15th, 2011 through the form on the Meeting web-site.

Authors, whose abstract will be accepted, have to confirm their willingness to present their Poster by October 3, 2011.

Poster will be accepted only if at least one author's registration fee is received by October 3, 2011.

The Organizing Secretariat has reserved an allotment in various hotels nearby the Congress Venue.
