On behalf of the Tuck School of Business we are pleased to present to you resumes of students who are actively seeking positions with venture capital and buyout firms. For your

convenience, a short summary of student biographies is included.

We hope you will take a few minutes to review this group of qualified and talented individuals who are enthusiastic about careers in the private equity industry. Many members of the class of 2007 have already accepted positions and therefore are not included in this book. To give you an idea of their qualifications, members of the class of 2007 have worked or will work for firms including ABS Ventures, Bain Capital, Battery Ventures, Beacon Capital, Graham Partners, GSC Group, Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer, New Energy Capital, Polaris Venture Partners, TA Associates, Thoma Cressey, and Tudor Ventures.

• Devised the execution strategy for all mortgage originations determining the best

capital structure using two proprietary structuring models; managed over 150

transactions valued in excess of $150B off of four SEC shelves

Neeraj Mahajan
