Eni Corporate University oversees the entire knowledge cycle, from before selection

to hiring and then throughout the whole course of the employees’ professional lives.

launched a training project which envisages the training of nearly 740 new recruited

resources allocated in Operations, Well Area and Business Support:

~ 450 graduated and qualified trainees for Exploration, Production & Maintenance
