DQ-22 General Purpose Automatic Slip-and-Seal Assembly for moderate casing loads DQ-22 Intermediate Casing Spool pictured with standard double-P type bottom seal and studded side outlets Casing Spool and accessories. DQ-22 Lowermost Casing Head pictured with SOW bottom prep and threaded side outlets Hangers, Ring Gaskets, Boltings and Gauges. DQ-21 Mechanically Set Slip-and-Seal Assembly for use over mudline suspension equipment or for light casing loads. The standard DQ-22 Lowermost Casing Head is available with either a slip-on weld bottom with test port or with female casing threads. The upper connection is flanged, and can be offered in all standard API sizes and pressure ratings, with threaded or studded outlets. This casing head will accept the DQ-22 Automatic Slip-and-Seal Assembly for land use or the DQ-21P Mechanical-Set Seal Assembly for use over mudline suspension. Two lockdown screws in the upper flange are optional for use with the bore protector. The flanged-by-flanged DQ-22 Intermediate Casing Head Spool has the DQ-22 Bowl and can accommodate the DQ-22 or the DQ-21P Casing Hangers. The secondary seal in the bottom of the casing head spool can be the standard integral double-P type seal or a removable reducer bushing with seals.. 5.

Bore Protector Running, Retrieving and Test Tools. DQ-29 Automatic Heavy-Duty Slip-and-Seal Assembly designed for high casing loads (isolation seal optional). DQ-29 Lowermost Casing Head Deep Bowl for use with the DQ-29 Casing Hanger for high casing loads. Bore Protectors. The heavy-duty DQ-29 Lowermost Casing Head and Intermediate Casing/Tubing Spool are designed for high casing loads. The Dril-Quip DQ-29 Deep Bowl will accept all DQ series casing hangers. The standard secondary seal in the bottom of the spool is an integral double or single-P type, or an optional reducer bushing with seals. Lockdown screws in the top flange are optional for use with a bore protector, tubing hanger or casing hanger. When used as a tubing head, the DQ-29 Intermediate Spool can accommodate a DQ-1E Mandrel-Type Tubing Hanger for up to a 10-inch nominal bowl size. All Dril-Quip single completion tubing hangers are available in the 7-inch nominal bowl size.. 6.

The DQ1A-EN Extended-Neck Tubing Hanger has a slick neck and comes with type QH back pressure valve threads. It is recommended for high-pressure applications (5,000-10,000 psi) and can also be bored to access downhole safety equipment. The DQ-1W Tubing Hanger is a slick joint wraparound hanger that provides a positive seal to full rated pressure. The DQ-1W seals off the annulus while circulating, setting the packer or installing the tree, and can be used in conjunction with the DQ-02 Tree Adapter and Coupling. The DQ-1W is available for 7-inch nominal tubing head bowl sizes.. Tubing Spool, Tree Bonnet and Valves. DL Gate Valve The DQ-02 Tubing Head Adapter and Coupling are designed for use over a DQ-1W Tubing Hanger. Self-energizing seals between the adapter and coupling isolate the critical threads from the wellbore environment. The coupling has a standard QH back pressure valve thread and may be threaded for any type of tubing connection.. 7. The DQ1A-EN Tubing Head Adapter is bored to accept and seal on the DQ-1E Type Extended-Neck Tubing Hanger utilizing double-P type seals. It can also be ported to access downhole safety equipment..

All Dril-Quip gate valves are manufactured in accordance with API and ISO-9001 quality standards, and are available in four styles all qualified to API 6A PR2:.
