Convenience for you and your customers.

For skiers and snowboarders, a modern access control system means less stress between them and the slopes. Integrated ticke-ting systems with posticke-ting of daily cash receipts and delivery note integration with automatic billing make payments a breeze. Integration of OPOS and voucher terminals goes without saying. With integration of the pre-sale ticket system "Offsite.Cash", your customers enjoy benefits such as immediate ticket validity and real-time price updates. Pre-sale tickets are booked automatical-ly via rs2.

Complete flexibility for discount pricing.

Discount prices are completely customizable and easy to imple-ment in the system. They can be assigned to a single customer or entire groups. The discounted price can be posted either to a reve-nue account or a cost center. rs2 supports either the pricing models of the respective ticketing system or fixed prices per ticket type and customer group.

An investment that pays off.

Good connections keep the information flowing.

The specially developed integrator transfers daily cash receipts and deli-very notes from the ticketing system to rs2 and on to the accounting system. Depending on the type of invoice used by the customer, the pri-ces on delivery notes are checked or the system calculates the transfer prices and billing is handled automatically. Posting, of course, is also fully automated. Tank data and time tracking data can also be integra-ted in the cost accounting system.

State-of-the-art financial accounting for well-founded decisions.

rs2 fits seamlessly into the reality of your business and helps optimize the efficiency of all your processes. The automated collection system, payment transactions and cash book with subsequent posting in the financial accounting system all help save you time and resources. Your day-to-day business will run faster and easier than ever before.

Secure management of fixed assets.

The liquidity features allow you to view not only the current num-bers, but also planned future investments and the corresponding financing requirements. This prevents liquidity bottlenecks and helps you keep a tight rein on day-to-day business.

Monitor your day-to-day business.

The level of detail with which you track your investment projects is completely up to you. Budgeting and payment planning featu-res allow detailed liquidity calculations to be performed at the same level as the awarding of contracts. Questions such as: What's running behind schedule? How far along is the project? Why are we over budget? can all be answered at the push of a button. rs2's financial accounting and investment controlling and planning features provide you with all the details about your con-struction projects.

Keep tabs on your customer relationships.

Contact management features let you group season ticket holders according to various criteria, which allows you to plan and imple-ment more targeted marketing strategies.

Create an efficient workplace environment.

All the various functions of an operations manager can be mirrored in rs2: from basic written communication to facility data acquisition (ski lifts, snow cannons, snowcats, buildings, etc.), and from project sche-duling to documentation of maintenance work.

Optimize your contract management.

The contract management features in rs2 make managing your leasing and rental contracts a piece of cake. Keep track of contract validity periods, automatic renewals, a range of contract types and the base index. For each billing period, invoices are created, assigned to accounts and automatically posted in the financial accounting system. The annual index adjustment calculates the new contract based on the stored CPI tables.

Procurement and inventory management made easy.

Due to the highly decentralized nature of many procurement systems, financial auditing is a time-consuming process for many cable car operators. In combination with the archive solution, account assignment rules defined at the time of the order allow inco-ming invoices to be scanned and sent electronically to the personnel responsible for auditing and account assignments. The cost center checks the invoice against the order, assigns it to an account and authorizes it for automatic posting. And it goes without saying that inventory management for capital and consumer goods, as well as replacement parts and services are also fully integrated features of rs2.
