TERMS OF DELIVERY

Transport costs can be send on request. Deliveries exclusively behind the first door on the ground floor.

Address should be accessible by large lorry combinations. No deliveries to private persons and addresses.

ALL DELIVERIES AND OFFERS ACCORDING TO THE ORGALIME TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Changes or cancellations of orders, which are not notified within 10 days from the date of order confirmation shall be charged with at least euro E 80,-. dependant on the production status.

COMPLAINTS

To be communicated in writing within 8 days from delivery (stating order number, invoice number, company name). Goods which are the subject of a com-plaint must not have been delivered to the final end user. Re-deliveries only on snap-terms at your warehouse. All newly delivered exchange goods are invoiced and credited only after receipt of the goods which are the subject of a complaint and after the complaint has been declared allowable.

SDB reserves the right to change specifications and colours of the models and items illustrated and descbribed in this publication at any time.

This price list supersedes all previous price lists. The recommended prices in this publication were true and accurate at the time of printing.
