Marketing your events to your MiiyTix database
• Every customer of yours is required to register on a once-off basis. The registration process allows them to select categories relating to events and information that they wish to be notified about in the future • A categorised database provides you the opportunity to identify categories of interest to your clients. This is not a spam service, but a valuable opt-in facility of the system
• From a sales perspective, ticket-sales are increased dramatically when marketing is absolute and specific to the correct demographic
• You may utilise the MiiyTix built in SMS, MMS and e-mail gateways to market to your database

• There is absolutely no charge for loading events of any nature onto any of the MiiyTix platforms – it’s our contribution to the small and medium sized event-holders that have previously been unable to pre-sell tickets on online ticketing solutions due to the high costs associated with listing an event
• A flat fee of $0.65c (per transaction*) is deducted on all ticket sales that are achieved by MiiyTix. Should no sales be achieved by MiiyTix, no money is payable by you. In other words, you have nothing to risk or lose!
• Customers pay an additional $2.00 transaction fee per transaction.

Getting started - for YOU the ticket seller
1. Fill out a quick and easy events agreement form to have your event listed on MiiyTix and fax or e-mail to MiiyTix call-centre
2. Receive your secure password and user name from the MiiyTix call-centre to enable you to access the MiiyTix Event Management Website (the URL will be supplied to you with your access codes)
3. Use the Event Management Website to keep track of your sales on a real-time basis up to the closing time of your event ticket sales
4. Keep track of payments to your account and download Guest Lists 5. Sync your box office software for added scanner facilities
The process of paperless ticketing for the ticket buyer
• Customers can make a booking online 24/7 or directly with our call-centre (9am-5pm daily) Customers who book online are able to select specific seating to all events where applicable • Customers register online. Payment for tickets can be made using credit card, electronic funds transfer or by simply depositing cash at any local Commonwealth Bank
• After payment has been made tickets are sent directly to the customer’s mobile phone or printed directly off the website.

Simply mention you are interested in a ticketing solution for your school and provide your
name and your school name along with your contact details.
We’ll begin the process of having your school added to the system. A representative will
contact you soon after and provide you with everything you need to know.
What’s involved in getting started?
MiiyTix has no setup costs, no ongoing costs and no listing fees for schools.
You’ll be required to complete a simple agreement form. Upon completion you’ll be sent your own login
details and you can start managing your account. You will also be sent a small snippet of web code which
can be pasted into your website. This code contains the ticketing solution so your clients can purchase
directly from your website. No special skills are required.
MiiyTix will manage all your events and look after your customers from its call centre.
Customers can purchase directly on your website via a secure Commonwealth Bank payment gateway
and the money will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account. A very small transaction fee is
charged to each purchaser which means your school pays nothing, ever.
When your event arrives you simply scan tickets with your QR software (this can be downloaded and
installed on iPhones), print guest lists (for small events) or use supplied Denso Scanners to scan tickets (for
large events). Easy!
