Library Card Sign-Up Month is throughout the month of September to celebrate an amazing back-to-school resource that is FREE for all residents of Bay, Gulf, and Liberty Counties! Check out books, audiobooks, DVDs, eBooks, ukuleles, dulcimers, cake pans, telescopes, and more at any Northwest Regional Library System (NWRLS) location.
From Seed to Salad Kits will be available while supplies last at the Bay County Public Library, Panama City Beach Public Library, and Parker Public Library through the month of September with your library card in partnership with the UF/IFAS Bay County Extension Office. Kits include easy to grow Fall varieties: lettuce, carrots, kale, radishes, and arugula.
Visit the year-round Seed Libraries at the Corrine Costin Gibson Memorial Public Library in Port St. Joe and the Charles Whitehead Public Library in Wewahitchka (starting in September). All you need is your library card to pick up five seed packets each month!
All Northwest Regional Library System locations will be CLOSED on Monday, September 6th for Labor Day.

Country Scavenger Hunt
September is Library Card Sign Up Month! This year’s theme is diversity, so try out the scavenger hunt set up in Youth Services and learn amazing facts about other countries! There will be a small prize for those who complete it.

This is a screen-free club, meaning that we won't be watching anime. Instead, talk about your favorite
anime/manga with fellow fans, participate in fun activities, and learn about Japanese culture! Registration is

A monthly meeting of teenagers and young adults to read and appreciate the literary works of William Shakespeare. Hosted
by the Port St. Joe Public Library, the Shakespeare Society will meet on the second and third Saturdays. The Shakespeare Society will begin with a reading of the bard's 1623 play, Julius Caesar. Future choices will be determined
by the group. Pre-registration limited to ten individuals.
