We support farm-to-table practices by obtaining our produce exclusively from the farmer’s market in the Loop. Moreover, we are one of the only restaurants in the Loop with our own recycling program; we are committed to everyday eco-friendly practices such as using compostable takeout containers and maintaining a sustainable draft beer program, instead of filling landfills with bottles and Styrofoam.
