Original passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Scanned copy of Puerto Rico passport. A clear scan of the photopage of your valid, signed passport. Your passport needs to have several blank pages.

Proof of Status. Original ILR card or other proof of resident status in the UK, this should be valid for more than 6 months after your return from Brazil.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, duration of stay.

Business Inviation Letter. A letter signed by a senior manager of the company the applicant is performing work to in Brazil. The letter must include:

-General information and contact person of the Brazilian company;

-Detailed information about the nature of the technical service to be rendered in Brazil; -Legal basis under which the service will be performed (signed contract or agreement); -Name, address and person of contact of the contracted UK company;

-Full personal information and title of the applicant; -Expected travel date and length of stay;

Receipt of CNPJ. Printed receipt of the CNPJ of the Brazilian company.

Signature. Applicant's signature in JPG format.

PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATIONS

- The picture must be taken against an off-white plain background.

- The applicant’s face and shoulders must be centralized on the camera and he or she must be looking into the camera.

- No head covering, excepting the ones used for religious reasons as long as they still enable the perfect visibility of the applicant’s face.
