We use the same infrastructure as BT but we combine this with our award-winning service. So if you have a BT landline you can transfer the line and number to us.
And if your mobiles are with us you get one contract, one bill and one point of contact for everything. Simple.

If you ever need to report a fault on your line, you can 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – 365 days a year.
All of our landlines come with a care package. For added reassurance you can upgrade to another package that suits your business needs.
Level 2 - Standard on landline (except £15.50 and £19.50 tariff), ISDN2 and ISDN30
8.00am to 6.00pm Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.If a fault is reported between these hours we’ll fix it by the end of the next working day. If reported outside of these hours then we’ll fix it by the end of the second working day.
Level 3 - Standard on £15.50 and £19.50
Upgrade to level 3 for £4 per month, per line/channel.
7.00am to 9.00pm Monday-Sunday, including Public and Bank Holidays.
If a fault is reported before 1pm, we’ll fix it by the end of the day including public and bank holidays. If it’s after 1pm within working hours we’ll fix it before 1pm the next day.
If outside of our office hours, we’ll get in touch at the start of the next working day.
Level 4
Upgrade to level 4 for £5 per month, per line/channel.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Bank and Public Holidays. The target fix time is six hours.*

If you’re on either of the Level 2 or Level 3 packages, you can request a faster repair service on a per occasion basis:
