methodology (Projects in Controlled Environments) to ensure their project objectives are achieved within budget, within time, and within clearly defined quality standards. The beauty of the PRINCE

About

This Workshop

Having successfully completed the PRINCE

Foundation Certificate, you now have a sound command of the theory. However, theory alone is not enough – you must be able to apply your learning to a real project situation. That’s why the popular PRINCE

Practitioner Certificate was created.

As a natural follow-up to the theory-based Foundation Certificate (on days 1 - 3), the PRINCE

Practitioner Certificate 2-day course lets you apply your learning to a real-life scenario. Participants will gain a deeper insight into the PRINCE

methodology.

This second of two certification courses will provide you with practical exercises and real life project scenarios to prepare you to write the Practitioner Certificate exam on your final day.

PRINCE

Practitioner Certificate

1. Hands-on practise applying PRINCE

in a realistic setting 2. The leadership and process skills to quickly organize,

plan and control projects in accordance with PRINCE

methodology

3. Skills to analyze and interpret PRINCE

projects at the

Practitioner level

4. Review of all seven PRINCE

processes and themes 5. Comprehensive preparation to write the PRINCE

Practitioner exam

What

Participants Say:

“I feel like I now have an excellent

understanding of PRINCE

. Just reading it in a book could not really convey the flow of projects like the classroom review can. The class was taught in a way that reinforced learning visually, through auditory input, and through examples”

S. Carroll-Clark, Project Manager CIBC Mellon

“This course gives participants a great opportunity to find enhancement techniques to current project management methodologies being used at your organization today.”

B. Ross, Project Manager CA3 Solutions Inc.
