Safety warnings and precautions

Disassemble/ Modify

 There is a high voltage inside the product. Never disassemble or modify the product yourself.

 Please do not modify internal lines or install other electronic products. The product lifespan may be reduced.

 All actions of disassemble or modify of the product without our company permission will cause equipment or workers damage. For these reasons, our company would not be warranted and be responsible law.

Power Input

 Ensure that you plug the power adapter to the correct power outlet with the correct input rating(100-240V)

 Keep the power adapter would not be heavy pressured or distortion.

 When cleaning the monitor, please disconnect the power cord from the product.

 Do not touch the power with wet hands to avoid electric shock.

 Insert the power plug all the way in so it is not loose. Connect the power plug to the grounded power socket.

Accessory (Non-original manufacture)

 The using of mobile equipment or in-put devices from our company is at the best position. If using the Non-original manufacturer, our company will not be responsible to the damage or human injury.

Move Equipment

 Before moving the product, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord, antenna cable and all other connected cables.

 You will need at least two people to move the touching screen.

Humid

 Do not install the product in a place exposed to moisture (over 95%). Place

 Please do not put the product on the unstable surface.

 If the product is installed in an unfixed way, use the designate hanger or holder. If you want to use a self-made hanger or holder, unsure that the bearing capacity of it is at least four times of the weight of the product, and the product is installed stably on it.

 When setting up the display, Please make sure the display on a vertical surface with a suitable wall mounting bracket or on a horizontal surface with the optional desktop stands. Improper installation may cause the display to fall or

malfunction

 Do not place objects containing liquid( paper, plastic bag) to avoid the high temperature happen.

Fire/ Hot

 Do not install the product in high temperature environment, over 50 Celsius.

 Do not expose the product under sunlight, which may cause high temperature and subsequent faults in the product.

 Do not place candles, insect repellants on the top of the product. A fire may result.

Fall

 The product will be damaged by external impact or drop.

 Touching panel is tempered glass. If the glass has any unusual problems, please stop using and call the Service Center.

 Please don’t climb or hang heavy objects on the product. The screen or other components are easily broken if the product is moved by an improper way. Liquid

 Do not expose the display in the humid places.

 Do not put items, such as a container for liquid, on the top of the product.

The type of power cord supplied may differ from that illustrated depending on your region of purchase.

Remote control and battery caution

Remove batteries when the remote control is not to be used for an extended period of time.

The use of the wrong type of batteries may cause chemical leaks or explosion. Please note the following2502800378000:

When replacing the battery, insert it with the right polarity (+, -).

All battery types have different properties and functions. Do not mix different types of batteries.

Use only the specified standardized batteries, and do not use a new battery and a used battery at the same time.

Setting up the display

CAUTION

You can install the display on a vertical surface with a suitable wall mounting bracket or on a horizontal surface with the optional desktop stands. Please pay attention to the following notes during installation:

 This display should be installed by at least two adult persons. Attempting to install this monitor by only one person may result in danger and injuries.

 Refer the installation to qualified technicians. Improper installation may cause the monitor to fall or malfunction.

 Please install the product on stable wall, such as, solid wall or concrete wall. DO NOT install your product on insubstantial wall.

 To maintain proper ventilation, keep at least 10 mm of clear space from the back cover of the monitor to the wall.

Mounting the Monitor

1. Place a clean, dry and lint-free cloth on a flat, horizontal and object-free surface. Make sure that the size of the cloth is larger than the monitor.

2. Gently lay the display on the cloth with the Touch screen facing down.

Touch display

The touch display allows you to operate your monitor using touch gestures.

Power indicator

Power indicator: Blue-Power on mode . Red-Standby mode. LED off-off mode.

Speaker

The built-in speakers allow you to hear audios straight from your Monitor. Audio features are software controlled.

1. Connect the power cord to the power adapter.

2. As the picture below, plug the power adapter into a grounded power outlet.

NOTE:

This product can only use the type of power on the information label. Disconnect the power cord from the power socket if you do not plan on

using the product for an extended period of time.

Caution

 When connecting equipment, please used the standard cable.

 Connecting the peripherals to the display, please make sure the monitor and peripherals is off.

 Check the type of cable cord at the end is correct; after that, trying to plug in the display.

 To ensure all the plugs are inserted into outlet. Friable connection might cause some problems of color or picture.

 According to your model, out-source equipment icon might be different. Therefore, please check the user guide。

 The information of the remote control is following by the User Guide.

 The button might have different functions in different model.

Basic operation

Turn of /off monitor

 Power on

 Power the interactive touch monitor with the 100V-240V 50hZ/60Hz AC power supply.

 Connect the monitor to the power supply. Switch on the rocker switch (on the left bottom of the rear of the monitor, next to the power port) to enter the standby status. The power indicator turns red. Or press Power on the front buttons 3~5 Seconds.

 Press power switch on the control panel or Power on the remote control to turn on the Monitor. The power indicator turns green.

 To turn on the display, press the Power button on the control panel or on remote control.

 To turn off the display, press the power button on the control panel or on remote control. The system will automatically enter standby mode. Press for 3-5 min. to turn off the power.

The display’s standby mode still consumes power. To completely cut off power supply, set the Power switch to OFF and then disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.

Initial Setup

 After you have connected the display to the power, you are ready to power on the display.

 Open the display, and wait for the display started, till the main home screen. (It will take a period of time)

Pop-up Menu

 At the bottom of the display zoon, swipe your finger to the top to call the items

Switching Input Signals

To select an input signal do either one of the following:

 Press the button on the remote control.

 Press the button on the front panel.

 Call Pop-up menu and choose to set up items.

 As the picture below, Choose the signal source from the left of the screen.

 Press the button on the remote control.

 Press the front-control menu button.

 Choose APPS on the screen, enter→ choose .

 Call Pop-up menu and choose setting item, as the picture below. Choose the item enter setting directly.

 Call Pop-up menu and choose setting icon, as picture below. Choose the icon directly to enter setting.

In Android mode or out-source signal model, you can open the tool box for using Annotate, eraser, color, screen-shot, print…..

※ The annotate on the screen can be saved as JPEG and store the screen-shot by the USB

Troubleshooting Guide

Product Testing

Before calling Customer Service Center, test your product as follow .If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service Center.。

Please check the signal cable is plugged into the right adapter, and use the product to test it is operating normally.

If the screen remains blank while the power LED blinks even when the product is correctly connected to a PC, perform product testing.

Check the power is connect with the monitor. Disconnect all the cables from the product. Power on the product.

If “No Signal” is displayed, the product is operating normally.

If the screen remains blank, check the PC system, video controller and cable.。

Check Resolution and Frequency

If the choose model is over supported the resolution rate, it might show “Over Range” for briefly.

Troubleshooting Guide

General Questions:

Installation Issue

Keep the display on/off

Make sure that all cables, between product and computer, are connected firmly,

Blank spaces are found at the top and bottom of the screen when an HDMI or HDMI-DVI cable is connected to the product and PC

Blank spaces on the screen are not caused by the product.。 The cause of the problem is the PC or graphics card, and can be fixed by adjusting the screen size in the HDMI and DVI option of the graphics card settings menu.

If the graphics card settings menu has no option to adjust the screen size, update the graphics card driver to the latest version.

(Please contact the graphics card or computer manufacturer for details on how to adjust the screen settings.)

Screen Issue

The power LED is off. The screen will not switch on.

Make sure that the power cord is connected.

“No signal” is displayed on the screen

Check that the product is connected correctly.

Check that the device connected to the product is powered on.

The screen is not clear.

The screen is blurry.

Adjust Coarse and Fine.

Remove any accessories (Video extension cable, etc) and try again.

Set the resolution and frequency to the recommended level.

The screen appears

unstable and shaky. Check that the resolution and frequency of the PC and graphics card are set within a range compatible with the product. Then, change the screen setting if required by referring to the Additional Information on the product menu and the Standard Signal Mode Table.

There are shadows or ghost images left on the screen.

The screen is too bright.

The screen is too dark.

Adjust Brightness and Contrast.

Screen color is

inconsistent Go to Picture and adjust the Color Space settings. White does not really

look white. Go to Picture and adjust the White Balance settings.

The screen is not clear.

The screen is blurry.

Make sure that the batteries are correctly in place(+/-)

Check for power failure.

Make sure that the power cord is connected.

Check for any special lighting or neon signs switched on in the vicinity

Supplement

Before Testing the Product:

Please power off the product is off and disconnect the power cord from the product.

1. To avoid scratched on the panel or exterior, please use a clean, soft and dry cloth to wipe the product.

2. Use water or Non-corrosive detergent to wipe the product. After all, please use dry-cloth to keep it dry.

3. Please use a clean soft, lint-free cloth to clean the touch screen.

4. It is suggested using a small amount of 75% of alcohol as the detergent. To avoid damage to the screen, never use any type of abrasive materials to wipe the

touching screen.

5. Before you clean the screen, make sure the display is unplug the power cord. 6. If any water or liquid is spilled on the product, short circuit may occur and cause

fire or electric shock. Our company will not be responsible to the non-human factor damage.
