Gross revenue increased from $35 million to $56 million. Developed annual budget. Improved accounts payable and accounts receivable. Directed completion of monthly and annual financial statements and coordinated external audit. Overhead costs reduced by 48%. Coordinated Customer Service and supervised the HR department.
