Your Medical and Dental Centers are a unique healthcare resource available only to NOITU Fund members. You use the Centers in much the same way you would any doctor’s or dentist’s office. You make appointments with specific practitioners and, if you choose, see the same practitioner for all your regular appointments. And best of all, every medical and most dental services at the Centers are provided to members at no cost.
Extensive Medical Services
The Centers offer access to quality medical professionals in general and internal medicine, and to specialists in many areas such as dermatology; podiatry; ear, nose and throat; gynecology; pediatrics and allergy. In addition, Center physicians can apply the latest in x-ray, blood and other laboratory technologies to help them quickly and reliably diagnose most medical situations.
Comprehensive Dental Care
The Centers also maintain a trained dental staff and fully equipped dental treatment facilities. Most regular dental care such as exams, cleanings and fillings is available at no cost. Major dental work such as crowns, bridges or orthodontics is available at laboratory cost or a small co-payment.

The doctors, dentists and staff at the Centers are trained to encourage proactive health maintenance and to help you and your family understand all your medical options. While most of your healthcare needs will be met by our practitioners, the Centers also maintain a comprehensive referral service to help insure you get the best care for medical conditions requiring specialists not available at the Centers. The Centers’ tastefully appointed and fully equipped dental treatment facilities represent an exclusive and very valuable benefit for NOITU Fund members.
A Broad Range of Very Affordable Services
At the Centers, skilled dental practitioners can provide members with virtually all their dental care needs for little or no cost. Diagnostic exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, oral surgery and root canals are performed at no charge. Major dental work such as crowns and bridgework is available at laboratory cost only. Even expert orthodontic treatment is available for a low co-payment fee.
It’s Like a Private Dental Practice, Only More
You’ll find the Centers’ dental facilities are run very much like a well-managed private dental practice. Appointments are scheduled in advance, and you select and see the same practitioner for all your regular visits. The significant difference is that at our facilities, you and your family can always receive quality practice dental treatment without the private-practice expense. The Centers offer members complete medical examinations, regular preventive checkups and the care and treatment of most general medical problems at no additional cost. You receive top-quality care when you need it from the doctor you trust.
In addition to general medical practitioners to care for your overall health, the Centers offer a staff of experienced Board Certified Physicians to provide treatment in a variety of important medical specialties. All our specialists are experts in their fields - educated, trained and tested to provide in-depth care in their disciplines.
And in the event your medical condition requires care from practitioners not available at the Centers, we also maintain an extensive referral service to help insure you get the best treatment from an appropriate non-Center specialist.

Appointments
All medical and dental services at the Louis Lasky Medical and Dental Centers are provided by appointment only. Please call the Center most convenient to you to schedule your visit. A 48-hour in advance cancellation notification is required of any patient needing to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the temporary suspension of your medical and dental center benefits.

Entrances located on the North side of 38th Street (at #63) and the South side of 39th Street (at #62), close to the corner of the Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue).
Long Island Center
Via Southern State Parkway: Exit 33 (Route 109) East to Wellwood Avenue. Right turn on Wellwood Avenue to Sunrise Plaza Shopping Center. Left turn into Shopping Center. Medical and Dental Center located on the 2nd floor at north side of shopping center.
