“We invite executives into a conversation.

Class sessions are highly interactive, designed to engage different points of view. Faculty are accessible after class and at meals for follow-up discussions. We want to share what we’ve learned through our research and real-world experience, yet learn from you as well.”

— Sydney Finkelstein, Associate Dean for Executive Education, Steven Roth Professor of Management, and Faculty Director, Tuck Executive Program

Transformation and Impact

Nothing matters more to us and our partners than impact—the impact our programs have on the individuals who attend and the organizations they lead.

Our programs are designed to accelerate transformation. We challenge participants to think and behave differently, to create a positive and lasting impact back on the job.

We design into our programs elements that foster application. We partner with learning and development professionals and executive sponsors to create ways to assess behavior change and impact on performance.

Integrated Learning Experience

We design each of our programs as an integrated learning experience, with key themes woven into each session. Faculty members work as a team. They create links across sessions, foreshadowing what’s to come and referring back to earlier discussions. Sessions build on each other, leading to a more seamless learning experience.

At Tuck, you get the “A” team faculty every time. They are thought leaders and outstanding teachers, highly skilled at facilitating a collaborative exchange of insights and experiences among executive learners.

“the professors’

sessions really supported each other.

they were not in conflict, no mixed messages. that makes it a lot more practical to make use of.”

— Judy Barbao Martz, VP Communication, Time Warner Cable (SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program participant)

Reputation

When you engage with Tuck, you draw on the legacy of the first graduate school of management. Founded at Dartmouth College in 1900, the Tuck School served as the prototype for the many MBA-granting graduate programs that followed.

In more than 60 rankings since 2000, done by six major publications—BusinessWeek, The Economist, Forbes,

Financial Times, U.S. News & World Report, and The Wall Street Journal—Tuck has been ranked #1 eight times and

been in the top ten 85% of the time.

“Tuck is and will remain distinctive

among the world’s great business schools by combining human scale with global reach, thought leadership with great teaching, rigorous coursework with experiences requiring teamwork, and valued traditions with innovation.

unlike most of our competitors, tuck offers only one degree—the full-time MbA—and a select array of executive education programs. this focus and our small scale enable us to adapt and innovate, and to create a unique learning community.”

— Dean Paul Danos, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth

Global Leadership 2030 Consortium

Developing the Next Generation of Global Leaders

It’s one thing to learn about global business practice in a classroom; it’s quite another to grasp the nuances of another culture by exploring village life outside Chennai, India, or meeting migrant workers in Shanghai, China. Since 1998, Global Leadership 2030 (GL2030) consortium member companies have relied on the program to prepare high-potentials to take on transnational leadership assignments critical for growth. The companies send teams to accomplish three fundamental transformations necessary for success in the global marketplace:

1. Industry transformation: to develop their industry’s next best practices

2. Organizational transformation: to drive productivity, innovation, and growth for their company

3. Individual transformation: to become more effective corporate leaders in a changing global environment
