Domina Hotel, a single system Meeting all your hotel needs

AESTHETIC TOUCH:

The plates are entirely personalisable and

configurable to suit your needs.

Further-more, they can bear, depending on the model, your

hotel logo, room number and any other indication adding a

personalised and unique classy touch to your hotel. Plates

and devices made of various material and finishing are

avai-lable.

SCALABILITY

The AVE Domina Hotel systems suits all needs, both in

terms of costs and performance. We have a simple and

inexpensive system for small hotel operators, extremely

suitable for an environment not requiring particularly

so-phisticated solutions. The bigger the hotel the more our

system meets your ever-growing needs up to providing a

complete network system for monitoring the rooms and

any type of environment, even in big hotels. If you

ex-pect to expand with time, no need to worry we have the

right solution for you. As a matter fact, the AVE Domina

Hotel system requires just a few updates to match the

growth of your business without forcing you to start from

scratch, helping you preserve your investments over time.

RELIABILITY

AVE hotel systems are not just about aesthetic properties,

but also reliability. Each room can be monitored by a central

computer at the reception. However, in case of computer

failure, the whole system operates as usual, losing only the

remote room monitoring while awaiting repair of the failure.

The system is at its best when it operates in its entirety but

each device continues operating independently even in case

of failure of the other components. Furthermore, the islands

system, wherein each room not only operates independently

but is also connected to the main network, ensures that no

in-dependent failure brings the entire hotel system to a standstill.

COMFORT

AVE hotel devices are client-oriented, offering utmost

comfort during his stay at your hotel. The thermostat,

which is easy to use and intuitive, allows regulating the

room temperature. The signalling system allows the client

to decide when and whether to be disturbed. The room

service personnel shall not ring the doorbell or open the

door by mistake while the client is in the room. The

remo-te control allows the client to operaremo-te the devices (loads)

comfortably from his seat.

EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY SAVING

IConstant monitoring from the reception shall keep you

constantly informed, allowing you to intervene

prom-ptly to curb poor quality services. Furthermore,

Do-mina Hotel allows optimising management and

ke-eping energy consumption under control allowing

considerable saving. This implies greater customer

sa-tisfaction, a more efficient hotel and lower running costs

TECHNOLOGY

AVE hotel management products use the contactless Mifare

and 125kHz technology. The access cards are entirely safe

and clone-proof thus leaving you and your clients entirely sure

that no ill-intentioned person will have an easy time in your

premises. The possibility to integrate

e-mo-ney systems (not provided by AVE) allows you

to offer your clients an entirely new range of

services, accessible through the same card

which shall also serve as a payment system.

ROOM STATUS:

The AVE stand-alone system software allows a constant update on which rooms are reserved and for how long. Management of the rooms allows monitoring the situation and avoiding un-pleasant inefficiency for the clients as well creating client cards with expiry dates..

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: Personnel management allows constant monitoring of the situation and genera-ting premises access cards allowing the hotel personnel to perform its duties in an easy manner. The room service personnel may enter the rooms for cleaning and tidying, but only when the room is not occupied by the client hence avoi-ding unpleasant inconveniences. The maintenance personnel shall have access to all premises without restrictions except for the rooms occupied by the clients.

SCHERMATE DI ESEMPIO

The 125kHz cards used for hotel manage-ment are provided with a rewritable memo-ry equivalent to 1kb.

44339CHM-T Card master

The system is conceived to use a Master card in order to be able to perform any card preparation and/or programming opera-tion. This Master card has its own unambi-guous code called “Hotel Code” which is transferred to the reader through the same Master in the direct programming step alongside any other required data and a

sonnel card programming step, it is tran-sferred on all the programmed cards through the reader itself. In case of failure or lack of the SCR-ALB04 programmer, all the access card programming opera-tions may be performed by using the Ma-ster card, following procedures outlined in the reader instructions.

44339CHU-T User card

User cards allow access to or use of a service. These cards are of the following types: CLIENT, ROOM SERVICE PER-SONNEL, MAINTENANCE PERPER-SONNEL, PASSEPARTOUT,

SUPER-GUEST, SUB-MASTER, MASTER COPY, ERASER.

“Progressive Room Code” automatically increased by the reader after the first con-figuration.

Systems divided into several zones and/or several sub-systems may be built. In this case, the system must be provided with a Master card for each of the predetermined combinations (e.g. 3 zones and 2 sub-systems = 6 Master cards). NOTE: The Master card (or Master cards) serves as an identification for the system and it should be preserved with care for possible future configurations.

The system code received by the Master card (alongside the sub-system code and zone code), is memorised by the reader and, during the client and/or service

The SCR-ALBM1 transponder card pro-grammer may be used as a simple device for programming cards used for MIFARE hotel management, both in stand-alone and in network mode or in combination with a further software (meant for techni-cians and/or installers), as a programmer for all modules made for hotel manage-ment. As a matter of fact, it allows upda-ting management firmware and/or modi-fying configuration parameters (resident in EEPROM) of the various devices of the MIFARE hotel series.

Furthermore, it allows monitoring traffic both on the room Bus (Sniffer) bearing all the messages and/or commands circula-ting in the Bus itself.

sonnel card programming step, it is tran-sferred on all the programmed cards through the reader itself. In case of failure or absence of SCR-ALBM1 programmer, all the access card programming opera-tions may be performed by using the Ma-ster card, following procedures outlined in the reader instructions.

Monitoring the rooms is extremely easy and intuitive. Each room is represented by a card and different colours

instan-tly indicate the status of the room (occupied, vacant, not reserved), while a symbol-based system inside the card pro-vides further detailed information. All the information needed regarding the status of the rooms is found herein wi-thout requiring visualising different screens. In case of several floors, it is possible to move from one floor to another by means of a simple menu bar on the right while the big screen displays a variety of scenes allowing to choose a view having fewer rooms with larger cards and more information or more rooms with smaller cards. Key word: Instantaneous simplicity.

Every room can be monitored independently down to the last detail. The screen dedicated to each room allows controlling each and every component connected to the hotel network and verifying the operating status thereof. Each operating parameter may be modified by the authorised personnel, ranging from the heating/cooling system temperature to the status of the light and rolling shutters up to controlling the opening of the door from the PC. Furthermore, each and every room may have a personalised picture. Are all your hotel rooms different from each other? No need to worry! Each room may have, in its screen, the picture/drawing accu-rately outlining it as it is. Due to the AVE software, personalisation is pushed to the maximum and the facility is entirely under control.

The AVE hotel management software was conceived to guarantee instant control of the hotels where the Domina Hotel network system is installed. The number of screens to be monitored were reduced to the mi-nimum to make the use of the software easier and quicker. In this manner, also the

newly recruited personnel shall require less training and shall be capable of operating within an extremely short period of time. Domina Hotel AVE software helps you ke-ep everything under control.
