COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS

Summary

Quatro Design Group is an innovative design firm composed of industry-leading professionals with expert knowledge and technical skills in architecture, master planning, programming, and interior design. Throughout our 17 years in business, we have cultivated enduring partnerships with our clients and consulting engineers through shared creativity and vision. While our body of work covers a wide range of project types, one of our primary passions continues to be the design of high performance and sustainable educational environments.

Through our varied and significant higher-education experience we have developed considerable expertise collaborating with our clients to maximize challenging project budgets and schedules. We are also on the forefront of the utilization of BIM (Building Information Modeling), alternate project delivery methods such as design-build, as well as sustainable design. Our comprehensive approach in the latter has enabled us to attain the highest benchmarks in the industry including LEED™ gold and platinum certification for recent projects. Partners

Quatro Design Group was established on June 1, 1996. We are a California General Partnership with Javier Molina and Ricardo Rodriguez serving as managing partners, and David S. Stokes and Kevin Tyrrell serving as associate partners. Prior to forming the company, each had the opportunity to work with internationally recognized architectural firms. With their diverse backgrounds, they have collectively gathered over 100 years of collective experience. The depth in our leadership strengthens our firm’s abilities and their active participation throughout the design and construction process is a distinguishing characteristic of the company. Location

923 E. Third Street, Suite 115 Los Angeles, CA 90013

Quatro Design Group has a single office in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles where all of our project staff will operate. We are approximately 16 miles from Cerritos College, easily accessible by freeways and mass transit. We are also located less than a mile from the Division of the State Architect.

Project Team

The following organization chart reflects our proposed core team configuration based on our understanding of the projects listed by the college. If a particular project requires augmentation or adjustments, we have the capacity fine tune the team composition as needed. The depth of our resources also enables QDG to staff multiple teams with the capability to handle several projects simultaneously.
