Dear Current and Potential ALA

MN

Sponsors:

The Association of Legal Administrators Minnesota (“ALAMN”) is one of the largest chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators (“ALA”), an international organization with around 10,000 members. ALAMN has more than 260 members drawing from 127 law firms in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Your sponsorship offers an opportunity for your organization to connect with the decision makers at these law firms. ALAMN is a strong and vital chapter, supported by active Members and current Business Partner Sponsors. Through the support of our Sponsors, we are able to offer affordable award -winning educational programs, provide scholarships for National and Regional Conferences and actively participate in various charitable organizations.

At the ALA Conference last May in Orlando, ALAMN won an

unprecedented number of awards, highlighting the strength of our chapter and the extraordinary relationships between our Members and Business Partner Sponsors.

Presidents’ Award of Excellence – Platinum Level (highest possible)

1st place awards for Educational Excellence in both Financial

Management and Office Operations

1st place awards for Chapter Website, Recruitment & Retention, and

Visibility – Bar Relations

2nd place awards for Business Partner Relations and Membership

Brochure

3rd place awards for Visibility – Professional Legal Management Week

and Managing Partner Event

Several Honorable Mention awards in other categories

Please review the 2012 Business Partner Sponsorship Program for important deadlines and changes. The ALAMN Sponsor Year at a Glance on page 3 has critical dates for enrollment and participation in 2011 and 2012. Please note that our annual Conference will be held on February 14, 2012,

Welcome

approximately one month earlier than last year. Deadlines for exhibitor materials and forms have been adjusted accordingly.

Registration forms and online registration for all sponsorships will be accepted starting on Monday, October 24, 2011, beginning at noon, CDT.

We welcome new and returning Business Partner Sponsors. You will find it is a mutually rewarding partnership on both sides.

“ALAMN Business Partners are excellent resources! Not only are they resources for the firm but they also become resources for me personally. I can’t even count the number of times that I’ve been able to call someone for a quick response or just to run through ideas. I can’t do business with everyone I’ve reached out to but everyone has been nothing but helpful.”

-Chong Lee, ALAMN President 2011-12 Please contact us with any questions.
