Risk and Cost Reducing Riser Integrity Monitoring Products and Repair Solutions
Aker Solutions
Marco Davide Gabelloni - Business Development Manager
marco.davide.gabelloni@akersolutions.com
Aker Solutions is finalizing the qualification of an innovative subsea multi-phase pump (MultiBooster™) providing high differential pressure at high gas volume fractions. This is a major enabler for increased production and development of deep water fields, with a simplified production system configuration and minimum impact on topside infrastructure.
We have now completed the delivery of Åsgard subsea compression trains to Statoil (start-up expected in September), providing additional 282 MMBOE of hydrocarbon production. Based on the lessons learned and test results from this project, we are developing a new simplified and compact subsea Well Stream Compression System to expand the coverage of our portfolio.
ClampOn
Kjetil Nysater - Area Sales Manager
kjetil.nysater@clampon.com
ClampOn specialize in acoustic, non-intrusive instrumentation and provides an extensive range of subsea products, mainly for permanent monitoring, but also for inspection purposes. The Subsea CEM (Corrosion-Erosion monitor) which monitors the state of pipelines is ClampOn’s latest subsea product, The subsea vibration monitor has also proven to be of great value to monitor for vibration induced fatigue, both for permanent use, and also stand-alone for inspection type use.

IFE
Tore B. Gimse, Research Director Petroleum Technology
tore.Gimse@ife.no
Since the invention in 1980 at Institute for Energy Technology (IFE), OLGA has been the market leader in dynamic multiphase flow simulations. Since then, IFE has been developing
standalone, special purpose simulator tools for individual customers, as well as state of the art experimental facilities for flow assurance research and simulator verification. The experimental facilities include laboratories serving the majority of issues in Flow Assurance, such as waxes, hydrates, CO2, viscous fluids, sand, emulsions, separation, corrosion, scale etc etc.
IFE offers state of the art:
• Tailor made Flow Assurance studies, both experimentally and theoretically, as well as
custom software development.
• Corrosion evaluations, and evaluation of top of line corrosion in gas pipelines with
water condensation.
• Scale and chemistry evaluations for glycol regeneration systems.

future challenges demanded by the Oil & gas Industry.
Neodrill
Wolfgang Mathis – Technical Manager
Wolfgang@neodrill.no
NeoDrill's CAN technology offers a modular single and template well foundation system. The benefits include a stronger well foundation, simple an modular design (max 80 ton per
element), construction vessel installed conductor and improved fatigue life-time (especially in connection with soft seabed). These factors contribute to a cost and time effective system.
Prezioso Linjebygg
Tim Eley – Business Developer
Tim.eley@lbo.com
Prezioso Linjebygg - Subsea Tools & Techniques in the Splash Zone - Where Divers & ROV's Fear to Go!
Many subsea companies operate quite happily in deepwater, on subsea pipelines and seabed infrastructure with ROV’s and specialist tooling. However, these same companies struggle to provide services on structures in the so called “Splash Zone” sea level to minus +/- 20 meters or more.
Prezioso Linjebygg has specialist access tools, matched with a Schilling robotic arm - that allows ROV type tooling using standard ROV tools, to cut, bolt, clean, inspect, video and NDT test -using sensor such as acfm inspection of welds etc.
The key to operations in the splash zone is to provide a stable platform or base from which to operate ROV tooling – something that ROV’s or Divers never have, as this is an area which is constantly buffeted by waves and current and sea swell conditions.
Sandvik Riser Technology
Frode Bjørkheim, Sales Manager – Well Intervention
frode.bjorkheim@sandvik.com
Today, tougher operating conditions offshore are raising the bar for smarter and safer riser solutions. For well completions and interventions, the rapid-action Sandvik ClikLocTM Connector, with no loose parts or the need for tools, is a good example of added safety and operational efficiency – and part of our broader portfolio. With 50 years in the oil and gas industry and 150 years in steelmaking, our tube, wire, HIP and other products are designed to help you amplify new possibilities
With no loose components or make-up tools needed, this stab-in, self-entering connector eliminates the hazard of falling nuts and bolts during workover.
With a rapid click and lock action it creates significant time savings. The robust connector is made of solid corrosion-resistant duplex stainless steel.
Now type approval and operational, it’s helping leading service and oil companies get an edge.
