A) Position above 2% threshold (October 31, 2014)

From October 31, 2014, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. holds voting rights corresponding to 2.14% of Jerónimo Martins’ share capital, above the 2% threshold. As from that date, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. holds 13,447,972 voting rights, through several subsidiaries, listed in the report in appendix, received from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd..

B) Position below 2% threshold (January 16, 2015)

From January 16, 2015, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. holds voting rights corresponding to 1.97% of Jerónimo Martins’ share capital, below the 2% threshold. As from that date, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. holds 12,375,082 voting rights, through several subsidiaries, listed in the report in appendix, received from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd..
