Accessibility There is full disabled access to Havenstreet Station, where our Shop, Museum, Refreshment Rooms, Carriage
& Wagon Workshop and Train Story Discovery Centre are accessible for wheelchair users (excluding mobility scooters). Haven Falconry Bird of Prey Centre is accessible via gravel surfaced paths.Accessibility at Wootton Station is limited due to the gravel-surfaced slope approaching the station. There is wheelchair access to Smallbrook Junction via Island Line Trains. Toilet facilities for wheelchair users are available at Havenstreet, Wootton and Smallbrook Junction Stations.
We offer disabled access to most trains and our staff will provide all possible assistance whenever required. However, our platforms and trains cannot accommodate mobility scooters.
