If the cuspal sub lord of 3rd house (in the star of the occupant or owner) happens to be

Saturn, the rumor is false. If it is Mars, then it is mischievous. If it is Jupiter, it is

true. And if the lord happens to be a planet connected with Saturn in any manner, the

report is false; but connected with Jupiter, the report will be correct. This is the way to

find out whether a rumor is believable or not.

Cusp 3rd. (Libra 15.54’.48”): The sub lord of the 3rd cusp is Venus. This Venus is in

A famous eye surgeon who has shifted to Punjab from another state was eager to

pur-chase a house in Punjab and asked me to check astrologically when he would purpur-chase a

house. I asked him to intimate a horary number between 1 to 249. He told me the

num-ber as 96, and I made the calculations on dated 30-7-2012 at 5:59 P.M. at Chandigarh.

Moon reveals the nature of query.

Moon is lord of 12 in 4. Star lord Ketu is in 9; Ketu is conjoined with Jupiter and no

planet is in the star of Jupiter and Jupiter is the CSL of 4. Hence Moon is connected with

4 [house] and 12 [investment]. So Moon reveals the true nature of query regarding

pur-chase of house.

Ascendant sublord shows the effort of the querent.

Ascendant sublord Mars is in 2, lord of 9 and 4 and its star lord is Moon in 4, lord of 12.

As ascendant sublord signifies 4 [house] and 12 [investment] and is connected with Mars

text-books, founded a successful astrology magazine, and established an organization that

remains vibrant some 90 years later. He shifted the focus of astrological work from

pre-diction to personal analysis and is responsible for articulating the popular astrological

precept that “character is destiny”. He kept his day job as a salesman, however, until

1898 according to “The Astrology Encyclopedia.” On November 12, 1889, Allan Leo

launched “The Astrologer's Magazine”, later renamed “Modern Astrology”. In the early

1900’s, he wrote several substantial books as well as a number of short works on

astrol-ogy. His books were so popular that they were repeatedly reprinted, and almost a

centu-ry later they are still in print.

Alan Leo was a Theosophist, as were almost all the leading intellectuals of his time and

founded the Astrological Lodge of the Theosophical Society. It is learned that Bessie and

Alan Leos went to India in 1911, arriving back to London on 5 May 1911 with Annie

Bes-ant and Juddi Krishnamurti after leaving Bombay on 22 April on the S.S. MBes-antua. They

were the first to join the new Theosophical Society that revolved around Juddi

Krishna-murti, The Order of the Star in the East.

Leo was famous in his day and twice attracted the attention of the authorities. He was

accused and acquitted of fortune-telling in 1914. He was again accused in 1917, losing

in July of that year. He was fined some 25 Pound Sterling (about £1000 in today's

terms). Just one month later on August 30, 1917, 10:00 AM he was dead from a stroke

in Bude, England. Some think the strain of the second legal case brought on his death.

His autobiography was published after his death, in 1919.

The impact of his court cases was to be far-reaching. Advised by counsel that predicting

vague generalities would spare him further legal harassment, in the last years of his life

he turned from "event oriented astrology" to character description and psychological

tendencies which unfortunately led to the not much useful astro-psychology approach of

the present day.

For the benefit of the readers, I would like to make a comparative analysis of the chart

both in a traditional way and in K.P. system, and try to elucidate what planetary

Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (1933), the administration of the Oath of Office

usually takes place at or around noon on January 20
