This is an easy operation system for vehicle fleet management through the GPS tracking technology. The (AVL)
automatic vehicle locator system works as a fleet manager when interfaced with a web map you can locate
your vehicles live and watch where they go. This system can remotely locate all your vehicles, anywhere all
over the country, and you can monitor your field operatives and manage them from the confines of your office
on your computer.
Also works with GPS personal tracker.
SMS commands setting:
Before you login tracking centre website, you have to send SMS commands to the
tracker for setting it to work with the tracking website, as the following:
1. For PT01, PT03, CT01 and CT03.
Set ID： W000000,010,tracker sim phone number (Phone number must not surpass 14 digits) Set APN：W000000,011,APN,User Name,Password
Set IP： W000000,012,115.126.3.15,10087 (CT01 port is 10094)
Set TCP： W000000,013,1
Set TIME： W000000,014,00001
2. For CT04:
Set ID： W000000,010,tracker sim phone number Set APN： W000000,011, APN,User Name, Password

Group management way, it is easier and more convenient for people to manage the
tracker users.
Set up user group for the tracker users, Categorized to facilitate management
Set up new login ID and password for group user or personal user, 2 ways for the use right, Administrator and user. Difference:
1) Administrator: Administrator can set up new login ID and password for his clients and change the account information. 2) User: User can not set up new login ID and password for his clients and can not change the account information.
Click the right button of mouse, select Add Group to set up new user group.
Successfully set up a new user group Tracking car, this user group belongs to user group-demo, we can set up unlimited user groups here, good for management.
Add tracker to this centre for location and monitor management ( to car, children, pet…) Click right button of mouse.
Select permission to this account management.
Group Click right button of mouse to select the group which you want the tracker belong to.
Device management and setting： 4.1 Location of device.
4.2 Stop car moving/Enable car moving/Time control to stop the car
Select this option for living location
Click to the balloon to see the detail of location and user information.
Explanation of Time control to stop the car function:
You can program time to stop the car via web tracking centre now, for example, you want to stop the car after 5 hours, then you program in the centre, the car will be stopped after 5 hours automatically.
It is best for car rental companies or bank's car installment project.
4.3 Alert setting function: Arriving location alert, Leaving location alert, Speeding Alert ( Over speed alarming), Panic ( SOS alarming),
Alarming phone number setting ( when there is alarming, system will call the phone number and send alarming SMS to the phone number which you set)
Special function about alarming: When there is alarming, you can see alarming signal on the location and hear alarming voice via computer.
4.3.1 How to set alarming via centre
4.3.2 Arriving alert setting, when the target is in the area which you set, centre will get arriving alarming from the tracker.

Double click the target you want to tracker, for example, click this car, system will show the area circle for the area you set.

Leaving location setting, when the target leaves the area which you set, centre will get leaving location alarming from the tracker
4.3.3 Over speed alarming: When the target is over the speed we set, system will send over speed alarming to the centre. Radius of leaving location

4.3.4 Panic alarming setting: When user press SOS button, tracker system will send SOS alarming to this centre, it can make centre
Provide emergency help quickly.
4.3.5 Alarming notification phone number setting: When tracker user press SOS button, centre will get SOS alarming, at the some time, system will call the phone number user preset and send alarming SMS to the preset phone number.
Select the tracker you want to set SOS alarming.
Live tracking more than one targets. It means the direction of target. It means target is not moving. Live locate all of the targets.
