IMPORTANCE OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
A global partnership is working to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases from the use of motor vehicle air conditioning systems. Air conditioning has become a standard option on most vehicles, enhancing comfort and safety. Modern systems feature integrated cooling, heating, de-misting and de-frosting, air filtering, and humidity control. These systems im-prove passenger safety by allowing windows to remain closed, imim-prove driver alertness with temperature choice, and increase the visibility by de-misting and de-fogging windows during bad weather. AC790PRO is a specialised service station for buses and industrial vehicles. Automatic and user-friendly it has been developed for Automotive R134a air conditioning systems with large dimensions. The unit automatically controls the recovery, recycling and recharging process. The power-ful compressor provides a constant refrigerant recovery limiting any icing phenomena in the A/C system filter dryer. The special software provides a step by step oil recovery limiting foaming phenomena and the risk of oil return into the compressor. The twin fan guarantees an excellent control of the temperature and refrigerant pressure in the recovery phase and the working temperature of all internal components (compressor, pumps, electronic circuits). The gain Pump allows a fast and complete recharge of refrige-rant and oil.
