One of the biggest challenges employers face is the cost of an employee and the morale. The cost of an employee goes far beyond their hourly wage but also includes their insurance costs, productivity and absenteeism.

For example an obese employee costs 53% more

in health care costs than a healthy one

an employee with diabetes costs a staggering

81% more in health care costs than a healthy one.

Additionally, productivity increases in employees who get enough rest, exercise regularly and nourish their bodies properly. According to a NASA study, employees who exercised daily worked at 100% efficiency after 7 hours, while those who didn’t saw a 50% drop.

According to a meta-analysis completed by Harvard economists Katherine Baicker, David Cutler and Zirui Song and published in Health Affairs implementing a corporate wellness program reaps an average ROI of 3:1. This begs the question: how can you afford to be without a wellness program?

Biometric Screenings

You don’t know where you need to go or how to get there until you see where you are. Biometric screenings measure things like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. Once complete, we compile that information and present it to you with a plan of action to improve your employee health.

Health Risk Assessment

This is a questionnaire that is filed out by the employee to ascertain what areas of their health need the most help. Like the biometric screening, this is used to compile data and develop a plan.

Wellness Plan Development

Based on the biometric screening, health risk assessment and your specific goals, we develop a plan of action with specific steps. This is the first stage in developing a fantastic and successful wellness program.

Lunch & Learns
