Accessing treatment

There are a number of ways that you, or someone you’re supporting, can access treatment with us, including self referral. For mental health conditions such as depression, stress or anxiety, many people choose to visit their GP who will make a referral to one of our consultants upon request. Within 48 hours we will be in touch to set up an initial

appointment with a therapist, to discuss the best treatment options, which may include a series of outpatient appointments or admission as an inpatient.

Emergency cases can always be admitted quickly, on the same day, to ensure you or your loved one are getting the best possible support at their time of need.

If you would like to discuss the best way to access our services, please get in touch with us directly using the contact details on this leaflet.
