Q: How does billing work on CopyCat?
A: CopyCat is mostly for MTD items, such as a We Are Reliant brochures and the Missionary Profile Card. Print and design for these items are covered for Reliant missionaries in any MTD status; all you need to do is order.The UPS shipping charge is booked to the account for which you are responsible. No personal payment is required. This can be done even if you have other back pay or reimbursements because MTD items have been designated as "essential" in Order of Pay. The exception to this is presentation books, the cost for which will come out of the account you're responsible for if you're a Fixed Term intern /resident/apprentice/fellow.

SHIPPING
Shipping is paid for out of the account for which the missionary is responsible.
All items are shipped when pulled/printed so they will usually ship separately.
You can not add something to an original order. You will need to create a new order with anything that needs to be added or changed. Since items ship from Copycat as they are pulled, the shipping price should not change even with adding a whole separate order rather than combining to the original order.

Frequently Asked Questions about Copy Cat
CopyCat is hooked up to our account system, so it's smart. Your account is associated with the ministry fund you are responsible for and should be available when you reach the shopping cart.
Some non-MTD items on CopyCat—are charged separately. These or other optional items will have an option for you to pay via credit card after you submit the order.
Q: What is "EPM" or "MarketingBench"?
A: These are parts of the software from WebbMason, the company that is doing the print on demand services for us. They have several locations and print-houses nationwide. They also provide a customer service agent for us in case you need help with an order.
Q: Who do I ask for help?
A: WebbMason provides a customer service rep who can help with website, print, and ordering questions.

Specific Issues FAQ
Q: I keep getting an error message when I try to upload a photo to my missionary profile card! Can you help?
A: You may need to crop or re-size it. For best results, choose a landscape photo (wider than it is tall). You may also email com and we will be happy to assist.
Q: Where do I upload my PDF for the MTD Presentation Album?
A: Once you put the album in your cart, you'll click on the big orange "CHECKOUT" button, then click on "Add File" all the way on the right in the chart.
Q: My logo looks small on my business card and/or missionary profile card. What should I do?
A: You may need to find a different format of your logo. Is your logo really wide and short? Maybe your ministry has an alternate logo that's stacked, making it more like a square. You may also email [email protected] and our designer would be happy to help!

We Are Reliant Brochure
Most people in initial MTD order around 200 for giving to potential donors at the end of an MTD presentation. The missionary profile card (below) is designed to be placed inside the brochure, and your photo will show through, making you the face of Reliant.
Missionary Profile Card
We don't all work with the same ministries, and we know that donors need to have your local ministry and church front and center. The Missionary Profile Card is a core MTD piece designed to leave at every MTD appointment. Part leaving piece + calling card + How to Give brochure, you upload your own photos to this item, and CopyCat will print it for you with professional quality.

Here are some quick notes for your Profile Card Design:
The description of your ministry can be the same description you used for your reliant.org/first.last site. If you are wondering what to write, try these three sentences
Sentence 1: "Jill is a missionary in (location), serving at (name of church or ministry)."
Sentence 2: "Some of her favorite roles in ministry include (list roles)."
Sentence 3: "Jill is passionate about (Write about your passion for why you are doing ministry)."
Make sure that your location, ministry and FD# look correct.
Note: one of the most common mistakes is that people will add in FD even though it's already in the template so their cards will end up saying FDFD#### so make sure to check the preview before moving forward.
These brochures are ordered in packs of 50, so to order 200 brochures, order 4 packs of 50 at CopyCat.
The circle watermark is there for combining this piece with the MTD leaving piece.
The circle photo is designed to show through the empty circle space in the MTD leaving piece once you put the MTD profile card inside of it.
It is best to use a photo that is not too close up and also has some empty (non important) space on the left side of the picture since it will be cut off from the slant of the design.
The placement of the photo is not centered so ideally you are looking for a photo (or cropping a photo) that has the most important part to view in the middle right portion.

It's important that you have high-quality digital photos.
When selecting photos for your missionary profile card, it's best to try to get the best resolution possible...
So you have a photo you like, but how do you know it's an OK size for print? Here are a couple tips for finding out photo size and resolution:
Eye Test!
First, try this... Look at the photo, does it look grainy or blurry? If yes, you may want to consider choosing a larger photo.

300 dpi (under horizontal and vertical resolution) is best... HINT: Facebook photos are only 72 dpi, which means the resolution is MUCH lower than ideal.

MTD Presentation Album
The MTD Presentation Album (sometimes we call it the MTD "Photo Album") is the visual storytelling aid that is essential to sharing your story. This high- quality, hardbound photo book is the new and upgraded edition of this item that all Reliant missionaries learned to use in their New Staff Training days. It walks through a familiar flow: the need, the answer to the need, and "I am Reliant; I can't do this alone."
Our wire-bound, 8.5" by 5.5" book is similar to photo books ordered from Shutterfly or other popular photo sites. Every page is custom designed by you (how to do it is below), and it easily lets you drop in digital photos of ministry, key facts to explain your mission field, and logos from your local church or network. Once created using google slides, you upload the PDF file to CopyCat for a matte-finish hardcover and glossy-photo interior pages that looks great whether you're sharing in a coffee shop, living room or a business office.
First, share your template with [email protected] . They will review and approve your presentation to look for any issues before you move forward with the printing process.

Export to PDF. Use File > Download As... > PDF Document. It will save to your computer.

Open the PDF and view each page to ensure it looks right.
Looks good? You're ready to order
Find an "X" on a page? This can be due to an image that had a technical problem.
Try the export again.
Find the offending page and see if the image size can can be reduced. Very large images can break the export. Export again.

On CopyCat: Complete an Order for the MTD Presentation Album. Use steps to Add to Cart and "checkout." including adding your shipping information.

Fill out shipping and billing information Place order
File is reviewed by Reliant designer to make sure it will print correctly for you. If you have shared the google doc with com prior to printing for them to already review, there should not be any issues found in this review.
However, if there are issues discovered we can not edit the presentation in Copy Cat. You will need to edit in google slides and re-export. The Reliant designer will cancel the original order and you will need to create a new order to upload the changes back into copy cat once approved.
