SBS Industries contributes to the SBS Group with extensive expertise and capacity in design and manufacture of boiler repair materials, new marine boilers and heat exchangers, industrial boilers and other pressure vessel production for both marine-, offshore- and land based industry.
For existing SBS customers, the extra capacity in SBS Industries will mean even shorter lead times of replacement parts and further increased fl exibil-ity of both engineering and planning of service and repairs. New customers will experience SBS Indus-tries as a modern, fl exible and competent partner in production of boilers and pressure vessels.

SBS Industries partnerships has over the years delivered boilers and pressure vessels to several industries ranging from food- & beverages industry to wood-, oil-and heating industries. Our extensive experience in a wide area of industries enables us to accommodate our services to the specifi c needs of our customers.
The production facilities and procedures at SBS Industries and partners are certifi ed according to all relevant standards including ISO 9001, ASME U+S and a list of marine classifi cation societies. The certifi cates and implemented QA procedures ensure that we can live up to the most stringent quality requirements to manufacturing found in both marine-, offshore-, and land based industry.
SBS Industries can undertake larger project en-gineering assignments and can also be the sub-supplier of materials and parts to already defi ned projects. Our focus is to be the fl exible and com-petent partner for our customers in keeping them operational.

The production partner of SBS Industries has built more than 14.000 boilers for land-, marine- and offshore applications. In the future SBS Industries will continue to focus on manufacturing boilers of all sizes and designs including oil fi red boilers, combined oil- and gas fi red boilers and exhaust gas boilers. Our extensive drawings archives enable our customers to choose between a broad product catalogue while we are also able to design and pro-duce according to special needs and specifi cations. In the past decade production of new boilers for FPSO has been added to the business. The facility has delivered several large size boilers for installa-tions on deck on FPSO’s and is now also able to of-fer full maintenance and repair programs for these. Besides the boiler production SBS Industries manu-factures a broad range of related products such as heat exchangers, air pressure vessels, economiz-ers, storage tanks and skid-mounted fuel supply stations for multiple purposes.
The certifi ed boiler workshop forms the perfect basis for production of boiler repair materials such as fi n- and pin tubes, spiral wound tubes, pre-bent tubes, membrane walls, pressure vessels, steam drums, super heaters and more. The multiple pro-duction options are supported by our vast archives of original boiler drawings from a broad range of makers, which enables SBS Industries to offer our customers fast and accurate conversion engineer-ing solutions, production of boiler repair material or replacement parts.
Moreover several SBS boiler repair workshops strategically placed around the world support the need for local repair and production whenever ur-gent needs arise anywhere on the globe.
Our highly skilled boiler repair squads perform even complex repairs en route. The repair squads also perform land based boiler repairs and conversions worldwide. As a signature service SBS also offer to supply temporary oil-fi red boilers or install by-pass around existing exhaust gas boilers to keep the boiler systems operational while the repair is ongoing.
