Lee NYC is the New York office of Lee & Associates, a commercial real estate company founded in California in 1979. Lee & Associates has since grown to include over 700 commercial real estate

professionals in 46 offices nationwide. Annual total Lee & Associates transaction value averages $4 billion.

Lee NYC was formed in 2011 as a merger with Sierra Real Estate, a commercial real estate company founded in 1953. Sierra grew from a small

retail and property management firm to a competitive full-service real estate company specializing in multifamily

and commercial properties in New York. Sierra operates as a sister company to Lee NYC offering

acquisition, disposition, property and project management services.

We have over 75 real estate professionals providing office, retail, seniors housing and healthcare, investment sales, and

property management services. We came to Lee NYC for its collaborative style, the depth of its market research,

marketing finesse, and financial analysis capabilities, the spirit of the office, and the intelligence and
